Delicious donuts! One of my favorite local donut shops around! Their donuts are always made fresh and they're as delicious as any donuts get! They also have Kolaches, smoke sausages, and some other delicious looking breakfast items for your quick grab in the morning. The staff is super friendly and quick to help you as soon as you walk in the door. There is not much seating inside of you are looking to eat there. There is one table with 2 chairs inside, but for a mostly a donut shop, I'm sure most people prefer to take theirs Togo, I know I always do at least. Cute little place. I order a dozen donut holes, one hot glazed donut and a jalepeno cheddar kolache. Friendly and efficient service. Donut holes and glazed donuts comes out as soon as some run out so if you want them piping hot you can wait for some. Maybe even request for it too. The jalepeno cheese kolache was the sausage made with jalepeno bits and cheese in it and wrapped in dough. I personally prefer if there were pieces of jalepenos. Donut wasn't hot but it was definitely made within 15-20 Mins. It's soft and just enough glaze but not doused it in. Kinda yeasty but soft. I also bought some donut holes as well. It's soft but I missed out on the hot fresh ones that came out 5 mins after I ordered it. Cash paying will give a little discount . It's a quiet little shop. Two tables inside and one outside. We just moved down the street next to Amazing Donuts and my daughter begged me to go this morning. I'm glad we did! Their apple fritters are AMAZING!! Not sure if I came on a bad day or what. We stopped in to give them a try as I always see their social media posts. The glazed donuts were pretty bad. They were fried too hard and dry and they weren't hot but lukewarm. Pretty upsetting as I was looking forward to them. The LSU sprinkled donut and the maple bacon donut my husband had were probably the best out of the box. I'm not a big fan of places that can't get it right with fresh donuts. I probably won't be back but the speciality donuts are probably your best bet. read more

The recipe for their donuts must have changed :( my favorite has always been the old fashion donuts since they were not overly sugary and sweet. We picked up a few on Saturday and my usual favorite seemed dry and almost staled and almost had a cornbread texture. I miss the old recipe or whatever they did before that changed. read more

Being new to the area, I decided to try some of the local donut shops to see which one was best. Of the ones I tried, Amazing Glaze came out on top. Their chocolate-filled actually tasted like chocolate and not some commercialized chocolate pudding glop out of a can or bag. The pepper jack boudin kolache was really good, too. The only problem was that I asked for two Bavarian (cream), and when I got home and opened the bag I found that they had given me lemon instead. read more

Everything I've had here has been great, especially their cake donuts! You should definitely try the Red Velvet donut. They now have king cakes and they're awesome but don't expect the a king cake at this donut shop. Their king cakes are huge donuts with a selection of different fillings and toppings.
