James did a very thorough inspection of the system top to bottom and fully advised us of its condition and although he said that it was ready to go he made some longer term recommendations that we should deal with next year when we get ready for the new cold weather. The extent of the issue was not immediately apparent. When I raised concerns, communication was limited. The work appeared incomplete, and some equipment was left behind. Although I was told the entire system had been cleaned, the main trunk line did not appear to have been accessed. Management indicated that the issues would be addressed and mentioned possible refunds for service and replacement of some affected items, but these were not ultimately provided.
