Longstory short, I had them put a custom PC rig together for me because I was struggling to do it myself (lol). During the waiting period, I was given a 3 day notice to prep for a 30 day field problem. Monster Computers did me a solid and worked on my PC while i was out in the field (as opposed to making me hold the parts and doing it upon return) so I could enjoy it once I was back. During this time, there were a few complications with broken parts I bought. I had very limited communication with them due to bad signal/being in the field, but for the small amount that I had, they helped out by returning the parts for me and using new ones i ordered to their location. They did absolutely everything they possible could to make sure that my computer was built and ready to go ASAP, giving me an impressive and stress free experience.
