They deserve zero stares! What a horrible customer service experience. Love the xm service but customer service and corporate are a bunch of robots that all read the same script. Last week I was on the phone with them for a couple hours because I found a deal on their site for 3 months for a dollar. The all-Access radio, I read everything about even the small print. Customer service came up 3 different reasons why I am not eligible. They say it is for students only, they say it is for new customers only, and my car ID doesn't qualify. None of those 3 reasons showed in the details in the small print. This week I get a call about the complaint I filed, I again explain everything, my name address email then have to explain the whole situation and that person of course do anything and I get passed around and waiting for a supervisor call that never came. Then I call back and they say no supervisor is available and told they will call me. Of course, no call back. Then I send me to corporate and they are useless, then passed onto the retention department and they refuse to give me an extra 3 months because of the years of the same old nonsense, fraud, upselling, arguing and tears from the frustration. I started my Sirius service when Howard Stern joined in 2006. Had it for years when Stern was relevant, and not a Libtard. As Stern became a liberal pawn I cancelled my service, and hopefully if Stern is dumped I will again use the service. Beware of the scams! I got a 3 month free trial with SiriusXM about a year and a half ago. I had to give my credit card to sign up for the trial. If you cancel before the deadline, you are not charged. Well, online I tried to cancel before the deadline and it would not cancel. I called and talked to a representative and she told me I didn't have an account. I explained that I used my credit card. Well, on the trial expiration date SiriusXM charged my credit card for new service!!! I called my credit card company about their scam. The charge was taken off my credit card. I called SiriusXM and asked them not to ever charge my credit card again. Now, I recently bought a car from a car dealership. I am now getting calls from SiriusXM to sign up with them. I told them I am not interested. Today, I received a letter in the mail saying 'Your trial will end on 2/25/2025! I called them and talked to a representative. I explained that I will report them to the FDIC and Consumer Affairs if they try to charge my credit card for anything, because I am not interested in their services! I meant that. read more

I have been a customer of satellite radio for over seven years and I'll never go back to regular radio. I don't like listening to commercials and I LOVE nonstop and commercial-free music regardless of the genre, news, sports etc.. I pay $36.00 every six months per vehicle (I own two trucks) which in my opinion is a GREAT price for something i use every single day in my vehicle, at home and at work. Their customer service was abysmal at all levels. I started with the AI voice which was virtually useless. The person who answered was generally incapable of handling a request to cancel two subscriptions.and add anew one. I had been a subscriber for 10 years and she repeatedly asked for information which they already had. She told me my email address was invalid because she misspelled it, even though they already had it on file and got it wrong again, even though I spelled it twice . When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I waited on hold for 10-15 minutes. The supervisor was less than helpful. When I initially asked to speak with the supervisor, the original service person told me she was going to erase all her prior work. At the end my conversation with rhe supervisor she wanted to read to me anther script, just as the first representative had. I told her I would listen if it was something new, otherwise I would hang up. When she would neither ask or tell me something new, I hung up. The call should have lased 10 minutes. It took about 40 minutes before I hung up. read more

It is usually a minimum 1 hour on the phone to pay an invoice if they could figure out how to key the amount they negotiate the price to be. There is always a different price. I've been an XM radio listener for 15 plus years and have three different vehicles but don't want three different subscriptions so I was told to use the app instead of moving a receiver from vehicle to vehicle It's the most expensive and worst app I've ever used, It's constantly stopping and crashing and doing whatever it wants and of course customer service is non-existent. I have been a xm/Sirius subscriber since 2006. This month they nearly tripled my bill without notice. If my credit card company had not notified me it would be left to me to catch it. Tried to call and find out but they had it bundled up. I will now cancel the service but probably do without since all the "deals" that I can afford are for "new" subscribers. I have had Sirius radio for several years even insisting on Sirius radio be included when purchasing a new vehicle. However I just discovered that Sirius has been charging me monthly for a vehicle I had traded in. They also charged me for Platinum service that I never requested or authorized.. Speaking with employees who do not speak fluent, easily understood English just increases the level of frustration from having to call them in the first place. I really had not planned on cancelling today but I was at the end of my rope and got so irritated not being able to understand the rep, and then getting a very snotty cancellation rep I decided I had it. Only way to get HOWARD STERN . They get 3 stars bc the programming and quality is great. I deduct 2 stars cause the customer care is annoying over seas. Customers need to be on top of your charges cause corporate side are sharks and will swindle you if you allow it. But otherwise having it on your phone and car and everywhere is pretty great. Being in socal and haveing 99.99% perfect days there isn't a signal issue unless in canyons and places the signal won't reach . Oh my goodness, have you all heard this Sirius XM radio station? I stumbled upon it the other day and let me tell you, it's quite the experience. Now, I'm used to my classic rock and easy listening stations, but this XM1 is a whole different ballgame. The songs they play are all over the place - one minute I'm listening to Beethoven and the next I'm hearing something called the "Hamster Dance" song. And don't even get me started on the DJ! They're always chiming in with these cheesy comments like "That's a real toe-tapper, folks!" It's so silly it's almost charming. Now, I'm not sure if this station is trying to be edgy or what, but I have to admit it's kind of fun not knowing what's coming next. One minute it's a country song and the next it's heavy metal. You just never know what you're going to get! All in all, if you're looking for a radio station that's a little off the beaten path, give Sirius xm a try. In December 2022, I subscribed to a 4 month free promotion with SiriusXM. If you don't unsubscribe within those four months, you will automatically be billed on your credit card. Well, I didn't like the shows, so I started trying to unsubscribe back in January 2023. Everytime I would try to unsubscribe, I was told they didn't have my name, nor my credit card. They also gave me Google's phone number, and they told me the same thing! On my credit card statement for February 2023, there it was, the first payment after the promotion ended, a charge of $8.99! I called my credit card company concerning the matter. They stopped the $8.99 payment, and shutdown that credit card that I gave SiriusXM! The scam says: Tell the customer we cannot find their trial subscription if they try to unsubscribe before the free promotion ends. When it ends, start charging their credit card! Be very careful with Sirius annual renewals. I received email stating my annual renewal is up on 3/9/24 but they withdrew a monthly amt in February!, I did the chat function (which I waited over 1/2 hour for someone) I could not get a resolution, they kept reading me the terms. They would not refund my monthly charge and wanted me to agree to the new terms. I said absolutely not and I will call for a live person tomorrow. I called the live person and kept going round in circles until a supervisor came on and she said she was listening in on our conversation so she took over. She said basically that my renewal was in february and that is why they took out the monthly charge. I said then why did I get an email that clearly stated my renewal will start on 3/9 but you took my money on 2/9? She did not have an answer. I finally got it all resolved when I told them to cancel my subscription after being a client since 2009 and they said lets see what we can do so they gave me a new annual contract and deducted the 23.00. When canceled service due to the account holder's passing, it was a very time consuming process via automated phone options. After responding 'no' to several automated questions, I was finally routed to a person. They needed to charge me $1.55 for the balance to cancel another person's account. Really? I went ahead and gave them my credit card...It seems like Sirius spent more in labor to collect the $1.55, plus they lost me as a customer. They get customers in by offering a cost effective plan set up on autopay then the 200% rate hike is initiated automatically trough the autopay system. They depend on customers not paying attention to the billing and charging 3x the original amount for the same service. I called to cancel the service and i was on hold for apx 20 minutes with no answer, then i decided to go to the website and chat was the only way you could cancel. I look at my credit card and they charged me the bill and then charged me the credit I was supposed to get! Well, after downloading the app creating an account and all the bs I get to the page where I enter my account info, from the van, the "radio ID number " the account number it said it doesn't recognize the info I tried it 3 times and it wouldn't work so screw it. Sirius has some good stations. I direct my criticism here to Jeff Lewis Live on Radio Andy. Jeff spends most of his hour dissecting his past/current love interests, raising his very spoiled daughter and detailing his cosmetic surgery. If you have nothing to do with your life or want to dull pain, listening to him is ok. Otherwise he is an embarrassment. His TV show was pulled by Bravo because of his nastiness. This company is not worth dealing with. I bought a new car, which came with a trial. When that was over, I purchased another "trial" for 3 months. When that was up, I called to cancel because I refused to pay $35 a month, they offered me a package for $4.99 a month. I told them No... they hung up on me. Almost a month later, they call back, offering me a package for $5.99. As soon as I said NO, they hung up. Very unprofessional business. I will never purchase their services again. read more
