But when i inquired as to whether it would fit, I got a response that since it only has a 6inch intake line, their website says 8 inch, it would clog to easily with a 72 inch mower. So I further inquired if they could put an 8 inch intake line on it as they has other 8 inch products. I got a one word email reply, "no". Moving on.

I was informed they could not fill my order as they did not have any wheels/tires to install on their units. Anticipated delay 2 weeks. I called back 2+ weeks later and still no wheels. They anticipate 2 more weeks and would give me a call when they came in. Mind you this is in the fall when people really need these machines. About 3 weeks later after hearing nothing from them I purchased a different machine from another manufacturer. Trac Vac makes an accessory I wanted so I called them to inquire and I asked them if they ever got their wheels and was told "Oh yes, we've been shipping units for a long time now" and I told them they blew it and were supposed to call me when they came in but didn't. They didn't seem too concerned. Against my better judgement I went ahead with the accessory purchase (online) and subsequently get an email stating that my order has shipped.....TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I call them and state address is wrong and see if you can divert product to my real address......"Nope...can't do that." Of course it's still leaf time and I need that accessory. I get a phone call from a random dude who received my package and he tracked me down to get me my part. Good guy. NO HELP from trac vac. Just because I feel I haven't been abused enough yet I place an order for a custom fit mower deck adapter and was told they have to make it......wait for it....2 WEEKS......OK I say......A month later I call inquiring as to it's whereabouts and they don't know but will find out. I get a call back (yea right) and I'm told it's being finished up as we speak and will ship after it's painted.....Any time now.....That was a month ago.......Still no adapter. See a pattern here? Oh, almost forgot.....After you place your order and think you know what you're going to pay they casually tell you that there's a 5% surcharge because of the cost of materials. Why do you wait until the end to say that? I say to raise the price of the machine as it looks like a scam and people don't like added on surcharges. They also really stick you on shipping whereas manufacturers of similar machines always offer free shipping. TRAC VAC will nickel and dime you to death with their shipping and extra fees......Except it's a lot more than nickels and dimes. Go with reputable companies like Cyclone Rake or DR or Agrifab. You'll get nothing from TRAC VAC but frustrated.

It's on the last night of the conference week, and all the general managers loved it so much the first time (in 2014), they requested we do it again this year! Working with Jenifer was a dream: from my initial call to sending over quotes, to finalizing event-night details, she was very communicative and answered all of my (many) questions with succinct answers and a positive attitude. When she followed up after our event with the final paid invoice, she was very courteous and thanked me many times for my company's business. Walking into the room with all the tables set up was so cool--the equipment looked like it was delivered from Vegas! High quality, and looked new. The dealers themselves were fantastic as well--professional and polite, and great uniforms too! One thing that everyone in our group appreciates about the Craps King dealers is that they are patient and knowledgeable, and willing to explain the games. For an event where not everyone has been to a casino, this is a really great way to make people feel comfortable and excited about learning and playing and interacting!
