This place was like a beacon of hope to my bursting bladder. I thought it was a McDonald's bathroom I was heading into but it is a combined McDonald's and the Mainline Station. I absolutely hate the smell of McDonald's so it was kind of gross to have that smell into the Mainline Station as well. But they had lots of snacks and convenient store goods there for purchase. I could think of NOTHING but using the restroom. I was actually crying in the car hoping some liquid might be emptied from me if I cried I was THAT desperate. Unfortunately there was a LONG line to use the restroom but I was experiencing at least some relief from being that near. The restroom was moderately clean. About what you'd expect from the first real toilet for over 90 minutes of driving from Portland into Bend. I have nothing negative but nothing really positive. The toilet worked. But there was no soap to wash your hands so I had to use antibacterial spray/hand sanitizer when I got back to the car. read more

We were traveling and I was assisting my disabled daughter to use the women's bathroom. There was a closed sign posted but the floor was dry and no staff that could be found. I was assisting my daughter into the bathroom but am angry staff (older brown, greyish hair female adult) yelled at us that the bathroom was closed. I asked if the cleaning had started as my disabled daughter required the toilet urgently. The agitated staff yelled that "the bathroom was dirty and needed to be cleaned". I again asked please could my daughter use the toilet quickly before it was cleaned and this staff told us to use the store across the way. I then asked the staff if she was refusing service to a disabled individual and she replied "you can assume what you want". My disabled daughter and I then had to walk over 2000 feet to a grocery store to use a restroom. This was so very unnecessarily rude and obviously disrespectful towards an individual with a disability. read more

Am sitting in thy parking lot of the Mainline Station un Sister, Oregon. 7/8/23 at 11:28 am. I have to say its been awhile thankfully since I have had such rude customer service from cashier. I patiently stood in line as others did as well. Cashier did a great job moving people through. However, as I paid for my goods with a big bill (literally the only thing I had from the bank). Better fueling leaving or entering sisters. Actually has a parking lot! Love the store, you've got Mcdonalds and all other services too right next door. Careful, there's one way in driving from the west and one way in from the east unless you use other parking lot access on the streets. Turning around doesn't work so well because of the medians and traffic circle mayhems. read more

I do not have a problem with a man wanting to Identify as a woman. I am a real woman and I sit to pee. On 05/01/2023 I opened the LADIES bathroom door and there was he was standing at the toilet with his penis hanging down and HIS stall door wide open. WTF. We travel threw Sisters' a lot and we loved to stop there. I no longer feel safe in your establishment. If you are gonna use the LADIES restroom at least close the stall door. Made the mistake of hydrating on my drive over to Sisters for a girls weekend. Stopped by this little gem desperate for much needed relief and to avoid the embarrassment of peeing my pants. Walked in dreading the find of a typical gas station restroom. But to my surprise this was a cute, clean, friendly stop! Thank you for providing a super clean restroom. What a relief! read more

We stopped for gas, food and the restroom. The weather conditions were icy. Our vehicle slid in the driveway from the ice that the owners are neglecting. The gas attendant watched as it was happening. After we got our vehicle safely by the pumps we attempted to exit and go into the store. My daughter put her foot down and immediately fell on the black ice that the owners and employees refused to attend to. The gas attendant watched this happen and when my husband politely said that this was a safety issue and should be addressed the attendant just shrugged his shoulders. I helped my daughter up and we made it across the ice rink to the store. I ordered food from McDonald's and the service was excellent. I then exited the building and while I was trying to walk to my vehicle, slid on the ice and landed flat on my back, severely bruising my tail bone and hitting my head leaving and good sized knot. The gas attendants and inside employees witnessed the whole event and did nothing! Two kind customers helped me get off the ground and insured that I was OK while waiting for my husband to help me walk to our vehicle safely. Once again we politely stated our safety concerns to the gas attendant. He just looked at us and shrugged his shoulders. The owner and employees do not care about the safety or wellbeing of their customers. The place is a huge safety hazard due to the owner and employees neglect to appropriately address hazards and try to eliminate the hazard or place warning signage a the very minimum to protect the customer. Eventually some will get hurt worse than my family did. I'm shocked that they haven't been sued yet. read more

A cute little gas station that truthfully I only stop in on the start of long drives, mostly to get into the McDonald's attached to it, and to use the bathrooms. Really this review is for the bathrooms. Clean and tidy and always well stocked and never a long wait! A+ read more

Popped in for a cold drink and a bite...promo on glass doors said 2 for (a price) checked out with 2 drinks, looked at the receipt, brought what I saw as a discrepancy to the cashiers attention, was told I made the wrong drink choice and was sent on my way. No problem, EXCEPT, I was spoken to rudely AND Mister Cashier doesn't know the difference between Pepsi, Coke and 7-up products....will not return this time of day. Conveniently off the freeway. Phillips 66 gas which is the very best. The usual assortment of soda, chips and chew. Oh and coffee - all the usual accompaniments. Prices inline with every where else. Bathroom was clean. Very important! And for those of us NOT from Oregon - HALLELUJAH they pump your gas!! read more

Stop at this store every morning. Staff is great. The owners crazy ways of running a business are well........crazy. They have 6 cameras in facing the cash register, yet they feel the need to hand write down all the info off of every single lottery ticket. Even as the line swells. They say someone's stealing them and this is the only way to find out how. Let's see, cameras, or how about a cash in cash out system like everyone else in the world uses. Used this gas station to fill our suburban. $2.35 for 87?? Wow thats a great deal and crazy savings as compared to the Bay area, California. Spent 1 week in Oregon and always filled the truck here. They even have gas station attendants that fill the tank for you!! A+ read more

Just had the worst experience. There were NO no parking signs where we parked in the parking lot but one of the attendants came over very confrontationally to demand that we move. We were waiting for someone in the store and there was no where else to park so we didn't move. The attendant was shoveling snow and got in our face with the shovel and it was VERY threatening. We had children in the car that witnessed the whole thing. We were parked there for less than 5 mins and again, THERE WAS NOT ONE NO PARKING SIGN. When we called to talk to the manager after we left she was no help at all and said we were wrong for parking there. When we asked her if it was ok for her employee to threaten a customer over a parking issue she said he was just doing his job. This situation was so unbelievable and was escalated by an employee who was very out of line. We normally stop at this station for gas and goodies every time we come over the Mt. We will NEVER come here again and tell all of our friends not to either. read more
