Had done this so much that my debit card (which I use on a normal basis) said "declined" on the sales associates end. Asked the girl at the counter why the machines are so difficult, and she said "It's not my fault that your card declined". I had just used this card not half an hour before so there was no possible way it had declined, and for her to imply that it was my fault because of my card when it was clearly the machines was incredibly rude. I tell her I have a pickup and she just says what size. I tell her my name and that it's an online order, thinking she'll look it up, and she just asks what size again--more rudely this time. I tell her I have two 5X7 items and she asks my name again, guess she couldn't focus on anything until she knew the size. She hands me the photo envelop, saying nothing, and I notice there is no printed label and the handwritten price is wrong from what my online total was. I let her know and she just says the printer isn't working. Okay so she couldn't look up the order and get the correct price??? I show her the email confirmation and she writes a new price, again seeming annoyed at having to do her job. When I go to the counter to check out, the nicer lady there says, oh no, there's no label. I let her know the situation relayed by the other gal and this lady says something like, she should know better and I reply, well she's not very helpful. The lady just says, yeah she needs to work on her customer service. So this is a known issue? I know it's hard to find help these days, I guess you can't expect it to be good help. This Walgreens is decent 2 out of 5 times I go, thus the two stars. It's not the first time I've gotten lackluster service, but there are some good customer service associates there at times.

Pulled up to the station, the station was on auto-pilot and I pumped my own gas. Quick note: Apparently, in the past, Oregon had a law requiring an attendant pump your gas for you, I was pleasantly surprised that this was no longer the case. I pumped my own gas; it was reasonably priced based on the comparable prices that showed up on Yelp. The station seemed quite clean and the pump worked well. The pump spit out a receipt (which is handy if you are travelling) or need further proof if the Car Rental place tries to charge you for gas! Seamless experience!
