We met our friends for some drinks and some dinner from several food trucks. There is an abandonment of tap beers and refrigerated beers ,soda , etc. There is plenty of seating (not the most comfortable). The bartenders are friendly and informative. They will let you sample any of the tap beers. A good place for any size crowd. read more

I met some friends at Dry Canyon Club last week and I left with one major question: why are people in Central Oregon so obsessed with sitting outside? Humanity literally invented buildings and climate control to escape the elements. We figured this out centuries ago. So I was excited to see this place actually had indoor seating. Finally, civilization. I walked inside and immediately realized the thermostat must have been set to "Antarctica." The place was absolutely freezing. On the bright side, I can confirm the beer is cold. It didn't have a choice. I figured maybe the outdoor seating would be warmer since they had overhead heaters. Nope. The heaters were off and it was just as cold out there, except now with bonus wind. I went to the bar to order a beer where the bartender was deep in what appeared to be the most fascinating conversation in the history of mankind with another employee. I stood there. And stood there. And stood there. Waiting patiently for a break in the comedy hour so I could attempt the radical act of purchasing a beer. Eventually my opportunity arrived and I ordered one. I sat down with my friends, took a couple sips of my ice-cold beer in the ice-cold building, sitting in an uncomfortable chair, and finally said the words every establishment hopes not to hear: "Let's go somewhere else." And we did. Between the freezing environment, the lack of service, and chairs that felt like punishment devices, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

Only open for one week, brand new construction and it's already pretty filthy outside. I hope they work hard to keep it clean going forward because it's a nice space! Covered outdoor seating on the concrete and seating with sunshades on the other side. A nice big open area with lots of long shared tables inside but with open windows to the outside. There's a tap list, connected to the OnTap app. It's pretty IPA heavy with some ciders. Tite Knot Coffee/Bakery has coffee counter on the inside so it's open in the morning for coffee and maybe some of their pastries. I'm not sure yet if they serve the other breakfast options that they have at their food cart location. I imagine I might like this better than the dinner/beer crowd on a summer night. Water bowls outside for dogs. It would be amazing if they put a water spigot outside for patrons to be able to refill the bowls. It was a hot day and most bowls were empty. It's a nice space - I just hope they keep it clean. I hate eating on sticky tables, near overflowing garbages and disgusting floors (outside). Inside was pretty clean. read more

The bar stools are VERY uncomfortable. Seats are small and the cushions they had on a few stools were filthy. Once the place was filling up the noise level became loud. It was cold inside since they had most of the doors open and fans going. It was windy out and the weather was cool to start with a mere 52 degrees out. The parking is horrible since this establishment is in a neighborhood. We had to park over a block away. Had tacos and they were meh, came with rice and beans. Not very good and just barely warm. The taco shells were over fried and nearly burnt. Beef was dried out and tough. You bus your own tables and had to look for a place to put our garbage. The whole time we were there they didn't have anyone coming and wiping down tables. Lots of kids and they make a mess. Some tables people were taking napkins to try and wipe the table down from the mess kids left. Return? Nah read more

My family of four (including two littles - ages 5 and 7) stopped by here the other day on our vacation to see family in Central Oregon. This has quickly become my favorite food lot/ tap room in Redmond. One, there were plenty of seats to pick from both inside and outside. Seeing as the weather is absolutely perfect in Redmond right now, we opted for an outside seat - and from that there are plenty in the sunny or shaded seats if you prefer. Two - the tap list was a good variety (even though they did not have a red which are my favorite but so uncommon to see on tap lists). And even if there is something that doesn't sound good on the tap list - they have a huge, refrigerated beer wall to choose from. Three - the food trucks. There was a vegan one which was a big hit with my family because we are mostly vegetarian and sometimes that gets super hard to find things other than fries or cheese pizza at food lots. Some of the food trucks were not open when we were there but that was ok. The selection was still great. Other things we liked - there is a game selection and even a pet station for our fur babies and a good coffee shop inside as well. Some things that made me sad - not a whole lot. It would be nice to see some beer flight options as that was not available at the time we were there. Maybe it was too newly opened because it sounded like it just wasn't available yet. read more

Great place to hang out in the neighborhood but they NEED to enforce the bike, skateboard rules on the patio and enforce parents watching their kids! I spent 2 hours having kids slam into my table with their bikes as I was trying to work and then relax. (They brought the bikes in on a golf cart to use on the patio!) The mom was not watching her children; then she actually came and started taking over my table without even acknowledging that I was there. 2 hours was my limit of my table being slammed into before I had to say something. And truly that was too long. It absolutely ruined my experience there. read more

Cool spot in a random residential area! Coffee, beer, ice cream, tacos, pizza all in one spot. The girls behind the counter were great, and had a positive attitude. They were tolerant of people asking for tasters. My only complaint is that the majority, and I mean over half, of their taps are IPAs. They did have a kölsh, blonde, some seltzers and ciders, a classic Coors Light, perhaps some other darker selections. If you aren't a fan of IPAs, this may not be the spot for you! But their can selection was fascinating. read more

We live nearby and stopped in on a weekday. They were doing great business, but there was still seating outside. Lots of beers on tap, not terribly expensive. Wish they had installed a kitchen and hired wait staff. We had a couple "where's the beef?" tacos that were mostly shredded lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese and a little dried out beef at the bottom of the shells. Seems pretty popular now but wonder how it will hold up when you have to stand outside in nasty weather to get food. read more

I decided to visit food carts after watching it being built. I am not much of a beer drinker, so that part did not mean much to me. I went to try the food carts. There were 6 carts to choose from, sandwiches, hamburgers and Mexican basically. We went on a Saturday night and carts were closing at 5:30 or out of stuff. We opted for Mexican. The food was just reheated and not prepared on site. Very disappointed. My biggest complaint is the seating. The stools are extremely uncomfortable and difficult for seniors to try to sit. There are a few lower tables and chairs but they were taken. I saw a couple of people playing cards or a game which I found nice to see. The parking is a mess. Lot fills up as well as both sides of Hemlock for 2 blocks. Basically the food was poor and seating was terrible. read more
