Camille was very fast as I was on my lunch break and I liked how she was focused and wasn't distracted by talking, texting or chatting throughout the salon. This is a well-oiled machine and I love the way it's run. No fuss, to the point, great nail experience. So far, I am enjoying my nails as I am very, very, very, very particular about my shape, nail bed coverage, polish technique and how long they last. I changed my shape so I will have to get used to it, but I will be paying close attention in the next few days to how the shape holds up and if the shine of my gel coat remains. But we all know the most important part is how the nails look as they grow away from the cuticles. Yet to be seen... My only disappointment is that I wanted to schedule an appointment in two weeks and Camila's fully booked. Now what? Guess I'll have no choice but to book someone else. Overall, I will definitely be calling this place my new home.

When the manager is present, the salon staff follow my requests without any issues, and I feel like my concerns are respected. However, when he isn't there--especially later in the day--the experience is completely different. The technicians seem to rush through the manicure, become argumentative when I ask for something specific, and often ignore my requests. One of my biggest concerns is the excessive use of the electric drill and UV lamp. I know what works best for my nails, and I have repeatedly explained that I do not want my natural nail bed damaged. Unfortunately, my preferences are often dismissed, and I feel pressured into a service I didn't ask for. It's frustrating because the exact same requests are honored when the manager is supervising, which tells me the staff are capable of following customer instructions. Customers deserve the same level of respect and care regardless of who is on duty. Consistency and listening to your clients should be a priority.
