They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They honestly deserve more than 5 stars for their expertise and attention to detail. I was planning my engagement party in August 2022 and wanted SIT catering to cater the food. From the beginning, they were so helpful in creating a menu that was specific to me as I didn't want the traditional Kebab and Rice ordeal. They were so helpful and created a menu that was suitable and coordinated with the inspiration I walked in with. They also didn't make me feel bad about not wanting Kebab and rice like I experienced with other caterers before meeting with them. Their expertise and attention to detail truly made planning this engagement so easy and stress free which was the best thing I could ever ask for. A few days before the event, her crew came to set up their equipment and stations so that on the day of, they could get right to it. On the day of the engagement, there was a whole staff ready for guests to arrive to serve them and I was told later on by multiple guests that the service was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Guests didn't have to wait for a waiter for more than 2 minutes which made me feel so good and that my guests were taken care of. More importantly, the staff was very nice and attentive. I remember one of them approached me as my fiance and I sat down and started filling up my plate with food ensuring I ate, I was floored by this!! I even had a friend who had a nut allergy that I had totally forgotten about. Sona personally went up to her, introduced herself and explained specifically what she was able to eat and what may have had cross contamination (if any!) I hired Sit Catering twice already for events at my work place. First one was a Grand Opening with 200 visitors, plus several government officials. I was excited, but nervous, and I had high expectations. Owners, Sona and Abel helped me overcome all of these by their professionalism and thoroughness. Our venue was set up in a parking area, and in a bungalow. Thanks to Abel, who delivered beautiful, clean rentals, and arrangements, made these places look unrecognizable. Sona's well-thought-out menu for the food, which was very delicious and masterfully presented, was the talk of the guests. The event was a success; therefore, when I had to plan the second event, Sit Catering was the answer, who's owners and staff undoubtedly delivered another exceptional service. I have booked Sit Catering for many events throughout the years. The staff is incredible, very professional, very knowledgeable about what they are doing and how it's supposed to be done. The team really goes out of their way to help with your event, they think of everything. Chef Sona is super talented and her passion for food shows clearly from her set ups and flavors. Love her. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Service, qualify of food, and pricing was horrible. If you are looking for a catering company to bring you cold food when you order a hot dish then this is the company you should hire. You could tell the company is there just to make a quick buck! We hired SIT Catering for the bridal house for my sisters wedding. They did a great job customizing our package to make our wedding Decour unique. They came ahead of time and set everything up and on the day of they were early. They were professional, nice to our guests, and they did a great job serving our guests. The hors d'oeuvre table looked amazing and the food was delicious, they were generous with the portions and we had food left over. After contacting this caterer & explaining how disappointing her service & quality of food was, I received a very rude & offending email in reply. I was shocked that a "professional" would respond in such a shockingly rude & threatening manner. Even after I tried to resolve the problem with this caterer, I received a poor & unprofessional reply with use of foul words, instead of a simple "I'm sorry u were displeased with our service".
