BUYER BEWARE!!! I can't stress to you enough that Sit 'n Sleep are LIARS. We purchased our $2000 mattress in 2019 from Dave Fazek who apparently no longer works there. He told me, my husband, and my sister (who were present during the transaction) that the mattress would not sag and the 20 year warranty for this particular mattress would cover any sagging more than half an inch. I would NEVER have bought this mattress without the tolerance being half an inch as I've ended up with saggy mattresses before and wanted something of quality. A few months later it sagged and I woke up with back pain every morning. No matter if we rotated the mattress, the sagging would appear after a night. I was told that it's just normal body impressions. Fast forward a couple years later, and I still wake up with terrible back pain. I started to notice that when I slept on other beds, my back was fine. I called their customer service and they sent out a technician to measure the sagging. I asked the technician what the measurement read and he said 1.25". I called Sit 'n Sleep to get their report and they said that the sagging was under an inch therefore I would have to deal with King Koil in regards to the mattress. I don't understand how they got under an inch when the technician told me and my husband 1.25". The customer service rep said that the tolerance for my mattress is actually 2 inches. Regardless, the sagging is still more than what we were originally told at the time of purchase which was half an inch. I will NEVER, EVER buy from Sit 'n Sleep again and they can be sure that ALL my friends, family, and clients know not to as well. read more

Where to begin with how great they are here. I went to this location with tunnel vision because I planned on buying off the Tempur-Pedic website. I just wanted to be sure about my investment. Dave greeted me and next thing I knew I was buying a mattress from him. He's a phenomenal sales man and I don't mean the ones who seem like they are going to rip you off. I truly felt he was honest, sincere, informative and incredibly personable. He guided me in the right direction and made me feel confident about my decision. Also a side note: he was helping me and another family at the same time, can I just say how great he was at multi-tasking. I never felt like my time was wasted or compromised and he juggled the timing of both of us perfectly. Floyd (the manager) helped me the next day buy a foundation and I can say the same about him. These guys are truly great at what they do and I feel they are there to accommodate you the best way they can. Easy to get a hold of, great communication and very effective. Delivery was quick, I could've gotten my bed two days later or scheduled a specific date. The price includes delivery and they pick up your old mattress. The guys who showed up were great. They got in and out of there very quickly. The Tempur-Pedic mattress is a dream. It is a little firmer at first, but I found that to be a good thing. It's incredibly comfortable. I would give zero stars but one it is! Purchased a bed 15 months ago. Wasn't top of the line but $1600.00 should last more than a year. I called and told them the bed was falling apart. It has huge lumps and is sinking in many areas. I am the only one sleeping in it and weigh 140 lbs. They referred me to some 3rd party to come "inspect" the mattress. I contacted them in August and was given an appointment almost a month later for the inspection. I need a Saturday so I had to wait. Got a call the day before saying they had to fire the inspector that was scheduled to come. I rescheduled for another month later. Got a call the day before saying this inspector was exposed to covid. So once again I made an appointment for another month away. Of course I was called the day before saying this inspector had a family emergency. At this moment I have given up and sleep on the couch because my back cannot take another night of this. My 86 year old, retired US Navy Senior Chief father has been needing a bed for a couple of years. Due to covid, he'd been putting off mattress shopping: Finally, Sit and Sleep advertised a 50% off Veteran's Day sale! Dad is excited and says it's time to shop. When we get to the store, dad is proudly wearing his Retired Navy ball cap with decorative pins. The salesman greets and immediately asks him about his service. He and dad chat about it for a few minutes before we start shopping. Dad finds a bed he likes, we say we will take it. The salesmen writes it up, and the price is the full price with no discount. I ask about the sale price. The salesman points to the tag and says "that's the price"; but there was no discount. I ask about the discount and sale, and the man points across the store and says, "oh, that's on select mattresses and doesn't apply to this one". I ask dad if he wants to go look at the others, he says he's too tired. The salesman chimes in and says he will take $300 off the cost of the bed dad has chosen. Dad says it's ok and within his budget, so he buys it. The salesman also tries to sell him a couple of mattress pads and a pillow. Dad agrees to the pillow, an $80 pillow. Dad mumbles that he knows he's overpaying but he got to feel it and it will save a trip to find another less expensive one. Delivery day comes, dad notices the pillow is the wrong size. He calls the store, they tell him to refuse the pillow , he can come select another one. That works for dad! Until a week later when he decides his back is bothering him enough he doesn't want to go. He calls the store, they offer a refund and tell him it will be 7-10 days for it to show in his account. Dad thinks it's funny his payment went through the same day but money back takes that long. The credit doesn't show up. He's now called the store several times looking for his refund, and the last time he called he said that the way they are treating him feels like financial elder abuse. He feels he's getting the run around and won't get his money back. He hasn't seen it yet. I had vetted this chain by going to a store near me. I'd been impressed with the salespeople and company, so I recommended this store to dad. I'm embarrassed at the way he has been treated. The Veteran's Day sale felt like bait and switch. That salesmen KNEW dad was a vet and never mentioned the sale. He could have showed dad those mattresses first or mentioned the sale terms before leading him to the back of the store for the more expensive models. He waited until I made a fuss before offering any discount. We are.not cheapskates. Dad had the money to afford whatever he wants. Maybe the salesman could tell. I don't know. But I sure don't like how he has been treated and I wouldn't shop there again. Oh. And PS...he still hasn't received the pillow refund. It's been five weeks. Shame on you. read more

After years of sleeping on a terribly worn mattress, we decided to look around for a new one. After lots of online research and going to a place the day before, we ended up at Sit 'n Sleep and we were so fortunate that Fred was there. He asked us a few questions and based on our answers picked out the PERFECT mattresses for us to try. He also suggested a few pillows but at no point did I feel like he was pushy, or rushing us. Got here at 12:25 and saw the attached note with the clock stating they'd return at 11:55 (which I assumed was meant to say 12:55) so we waited in our car for 30 minutes. They guy rolls up and goes inside around 12:45. Again we waited for it to be 12:55 per the clock and as we walked up we noticed the clock now said 1:25.
