I have to preface this by saying I have never purchased a mattress before and had no clue what I was doing. After visiting several mattress stores we finally found Quality Comfort Mattress and I couldn't be happier. William helped me and he was wonderful so does very professional. He went into detail explaining the different types of mattresses and wasn't your typical "sales guy". I felt no pressure at any time during the visit. I purchased a mattress with a base at a price that was significantly less than other places i looked. To top it off, they offer delivery and set up as a check in offer which saved my ass even more. Scam Artists!!! Buyer beware!!!!! I've worked at a mattress factory before. These knuckleheads surely didn't plan on that. On Easter Sunday around 2:30, I went into this store and I asked for the least expensive firm 2 sided mattress. I was shown one. I did not spend much time examining the mattress because I did not need to. THE MATTRESS I WAS SHOWN IN THE SHOWROOM HAD METAL BORDERS WITH EDGE GUARDS AND A PLUSH COVER. It took me all of 5 seconds to figure this out (I could give a tutorial on what to look for when purchasing a mattress, ie: 2 sided, no foam encasement, less foam the better, etc etc. BTW springs are the last things to wear down. It is the foam that breaks down). At $599+ delivery for the king mattress only, I did not think it was too expensive, but not necessarily cheap either. I asked about bunkie boards next because I am currently using two 3" latex toppers to sleep on directly on a slatted foundation, with no mattress underneath the toppers. It's pretty comfortable, but I thought getting a mattress with springs would help prolong the life of my latex toppers. Anyways, THE MATTRESS THEY DELIVERED TO ME WAS A CHEAPER FOAM ENCASED MATTRESS THAT HAD AN IDENTICAL COVER, BUT WAS NOT THE METAL ROD EDGED MATTRESS I HAD SELECTED IN THE STORE. These scammers had me sign the plastic wrapping that covered the showroom floor mattress only to have taken that plastic off and use if to wrap another cheaper foam encased mattress and deliver it to my home. Bait and Switch. Never did it cross my mind a store would pull something like this. Naively, I used my debit card with pin instead of using a credit card to purchase the mattress. Once I had called out the driver/salesman/the only guy I encountered during this debacle (not this manager who is responding) for bringing me a foam encased mattress and asked for an exchange or refund (to only hear "all sales are final, this is the mattress you chose, the plastic has your signature") he put his hands on me as if he were trying to shoo me away like I were annoying him. I told him firmly if he were to put his hands on me again that I would call the police. That's when he agreed to refund my money and told me to follow him back to the store. Mind you, I helped unload and load the mattress back onto the van. When we got back to the store, he told me someone was coming to open the shop, but surprise he called the cops on me and stated that I pushed him. Of course this is not true and the cops told me my issue is with this store and this was a civil matter. The policeman told me I could take my mattress or leave it since I did pay for it. In the end, I left the mattress there. I think you can see who is using the threats and violence from reading these posts and replies from the manager. These guys will try to belittle you with name calling and insults to try to somehow validate themselves. The insults came during delivery and continue to the replies online. These people have no ethics or integrity. I am up past midnight because I still feel bad about this matter especially after seeing what this manager (who was not present at all) has written in response to my partner Debbie T's post. Well this place has it all. From a catalog book, manageable prices, and outstanding service. I received nothing but kind honest help. There's nothing better than the actual owner giving you information about the kinda mattresses they have without pushing you into buying amything. Hint: They can help you set up the bed once they deliver it. (SAME DAY DELIVERY, THEY ARE PUNCTUAL WITH THE WINDOW TIME THEY GIVE YOU) In my case, I still had to get my old bed out of my room. Once I was ready to set up my new mattress. I stumbled upon a problem. The queen box didn't want to go up my stairway, the box was too wide and it would get stuck on the walls.. I simply called and got the best solution. THEY OFFER 2-PIECE BOXES SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO FIT THROUGH A STAIRWAY. They immediately sent over the replacements and got the problem solved. All from the transaction to the delivery and the final set up only took 3 hours. Witch it nothing because I went out to buy sheets for my new bed and I was still within that tike frame. The owner actually called me to ask if everything with my bed set up went okay since I set up the bed alone. And about that, the set up for the frame is the easiest thing ever. This whole buying, setting up, and testing out the bed over night experience has been nothing but easy and exciting. I do recommend anyone in the market that's interested, to check this place out. It's worth more than just your time, this is about laying down on a product that they sell, you want to make sure that when you spend your money you spend it well. After reading the great reviews here on Yelp, I decided to try this place for my search of an affordable queen-sized bed and new bed frame/headboard. The area around this locating is kind of "sketch" at night, but once you stepped into the vicinity, you were immediately greeted by a man who seemed to be the owner. This was a major plus also since he was the one who could call the shots on my numbers I was throwing out for what we were looking for. He was very willing to work with us and our budget that we were going for. We ended up leaving purchasing a queen-size mattress, box, and headboard/frame from them. Since we didn't have a truck available ourselves, he immediately negotiated a very affordable delivery charge of $12 and had two men deliver it within 30 minutes of us getting home. They even put the bed frame and slats together for us which was nice. All three men involved were extremely good with their level of customer service. My only draw-back w/ giving the 5th star is that one of the delivery men who had helped to set it up had a odor to him which lingered throughout the whole apartment even after he had left. Other than that mishap, we love our new bed and the customer service! We're definitely considering coming back to look at their catalog that they have of other types of furniture other than beds... Just like all you people reading this... We found them on Yelp! We didn't bother to look at other places and decided to go there since we needed a mattress right away. Nael greeted us right when we entered. Helped us out and gave us information on certain mattress we were inquiring about. He addressed our concerns right off the bat. We found the mattress we wanted and we even found a great headboard to match! Assisted us and made us feel comfortable til the transaction was complete. They delivered it that same day and James was great! Was there exactly when he said he would arrive. We were completely blown away with their great, fast, reliable customer service. Fast forward two weeks later... We were looking around for a dining set. Called them and asked if they sold dining sets and they did! We never bothered to ask the last time we were there cuz we thought it was just mattresses. But decided to ask and give it a shot since we were so happy with our last purchase! I spoke to the owner over the phone and he was so pleasant and so nice to talk to. He told us they do sell a variety of dining sets and they have a catalog to choose from. Stopped by here as we were desperately in need of a new mattress. They were about to close, but we were warmly welcomed in anyway, and told to take our time and to just ask if we had any questions. We looked around, sat on various mattresses, and not once did we feel pressured to leave or hurry. Instead of trying to up sell us on a higher priced mattress, the salesman asked what we could afford to spend and said he would work with us. We came away with a really great deal on a new, super comfy mattress that they delivered for us not ten minutes after we got home! So, they were able to get the bedroom set in about 2 weeks earlier than the December 20 date they gave us at the last update--which is great, though, still 2 months after we ordered it. What was nice, was James returned the next day after delivery to fix something that was missing/unfinished from the overseas shipment of the bedroom set. Once they realized how unhappy my mom was with the situation, they really did make an effort to try and come through as quickly as possible. Just be sure to check with them before you purchase that the items in the catalogs are in stock--or, let them know that you're open to selecting a similar item(s) if their delivery time is lagging so you can avoid the same issue we had. My mother was dead-set on the items she chose and so we got stuck waiting forever for them. As far as their mattresses and other in-stock items go, they are priced very reasonably and the prices can be worked with if you purchase multiple items--we did get an excellent price on the adjustable bed and 2 mattresses since we purchased so much stuff at one time. read more

Bought a junk mattress with a high end label on it from the internet, expected the 10 year warranty to do something but nope they found a way to work around it to where the depression mark -- sagging was 1/2 an inch short lol..... Lesson learned: Don't ever buy a matress online, you can't lie on it to test it out further the people writing reviews can't describe the firmness or softness. Yes, we were in need of a mattress, and PAID UPFRONT in the store even signing delivery document when no product was delivered (please never sign for delivery when no product has NOT been delivered). When they delivered the wrong mattress (a few hours later that same day), the delivery guy (who was also the sales guy) started YELLING and SCREAMING (in front of my kid and anyone) -- which also escalated to him shoving John! I tried to de-escalate the situation. Ultimately, all we wanted was for him to simply exchange for the mattress that was chosen at his store or to refund the money. Things seemed to calm down a sec, and he said he'd give us a full refund instead of exchanging for the mattress (weird, right?). He had us help him pack up the mattress and told us he would give us a full refund if we followed him to the store. John went alone, because it was late and my son was scared from the experience. It was a waste of time, because he had no intention of providing a refund. He sat in his truck and called the cops. John couldn't do anything so he left WITHOUT a mattress, refund or incident. This is why I wanted to share with everyone their shady business practices. Please simply read other peoples reviews. These folks are rude and use intimidation tactics -- it was a disappointing experience all around. He says there's evidence. I hope he shares it, but don't hold your breath. Furniture is expensive and we had no problems paying for the product. If only, this business operated ethically and respectfully; this incident would have been easily resolved and we wouldn't be leaving a negative review. In 2013 I needed a new mattress desperately. Between classes at CSUF I ran to this store because I had seen them when driving around the area. I have little memory but the fact that I got a queen Eurotop for $400 total, including delivery. It's now 2022 and I need to replace it. I am 6' and 240lbs. I had a 3" latex topper on that bed from the first day, but it was only in the past year that the springs started to be felt. I made a mistake and ordered an Ashley Signature Firm mattress from Amazon, and wish I hadn't. That no-name queen eurotop I got from this place didn't even have a dip in it when I replaced it. I just noticed the eurotop padding must have broken down. My neighbor now has it and he even remarked that he needed to get used to it because it wasn't as "bouncy" as his very old full mattress. My husband and I found a bed online and decided to go down the street to the store. We sat on a couple mattresses and fell in love with one. They have hardly any Furniture in store, and all the displays are old. So we had to go on the opinion of the salesman "Been working with this distributor for years, and they are great quality." We also order a waterproof cover (one that zips up around the whole mattress). Which they didn't have in stock. Our frame was out of stock, so we settled for another color. When they heard we needed it next day or asap, they seemed like a dream come true, because they offered a mattress for us (loaner) until all our items came in (everything was a couple days out: water proof sheet, mattress, and frame) Also, they threw in the bunny frame for us settling on another color. At this point they would have gotten 5+ stars, but then things started to go wrong. They got the bed frame same day, but the builders had no clue how to put it together. They stripped the wood (not screwing them into the PREDRILLED holes, but just to the side. Missing two support boards. The drawers were sunken in after a day. Plus, no bunny board and they were saying the rock we got as a "loaner" was the mattress we bought! So we go back to the store to talk to the manager. Show him photos of everything. His breakdown was: 1. I thought I did you a favor by "upgrading the mattress, so I was just hoping you would keep it, but i will give you the one you wanted. I'll just have to sell the other one as a discount...(which they wrapped up that in the plastic our new one came in..so someone probably got sold a week used mattress as new). 2. He was sorry that the workmanship was poor, but that they probably were rushing because of overtime. (Making it seem like because they were trying to get it fast to us, that that's why they messed up.) Thing is, I watched them the whole time and they would disagree constantly. Once the younger guy had to undo everything the other had, because they didn't know it came with drawers! Which they had to go get.. So his solution: Ill send a better crew when your mattress comes in. So round two begins a week later when the mattress gets here. Two people show up, and of course one of the two old team members was there! The bed was cleared for them to get right to work, but they seemed to had brought nothing with them to fix it! They had to go to home depot! So an hour later they start to work and without us getting to look at the work, put the bed back together. We ask about the waterproof sheet... it STILL hadn't come in, but it seems like if we hadn't asked we wouldn't have gotten it. We took the bed apart a couple weeks later because the bed started to squeak when we got in and out of bed...STILL missing a support board, STILL had saw dust EVERYWHERE from all their work..still screwed the bolts missing the pre made holes (which now rips at the bunny board) I was not going to write a review, but I cant stand how keeping quiet about this has me feeling like I should have just returned the whole thing when they came out the second time...... MAKE sure you get everything you pay for! They were always trying to change the product, then would correct the mistake..wrong mattress.. no waterproof sheet...wrong bunny board (second crew swapped first one out because the queen mattress and queen bunny board DIDNT fit the queen bed frame I ordered.)
