I'm so disappointed... I've called several times... the people have come out and inspected my mattress and still they will not replace my defective mattress. I bought my mattress and months later I started having back issues. I then noticed that the upper area started to descend as I would lay in bed watching tv. I thought it was my actual bed frame at one point. One day I turned my mattress from top to bottom and eureka! The bed felt level and normal again... a couple of weeks later the descend began again! Called again.. NO RESULT! Got in touch with an employee from Sit n Sleep and arranged ANOTHER inspection and they never showed. At this point I'm better off sleeping on my air mattress in the other room. I wake up feeling horrible EVERY DAY! I have to sleep at weird angles to get a decent night sleep. Horrible!! All the money I spent and they are ducking me. My next step is to go to the store until they acknowledge me and find away to make me whole. Stay tuned... read more

I had been shopping around for a new mattress but every place I had been to either had salespeople that were either too pushy or really didn't care about my needs and wants. I work in construction so I knew I needed to get something that would really help me out in terms of support and comfort. I visited this sit and sleep in Fullerton because the location by my house closed. I was met by Walter Caballero when I visited this location with my daughter. He was the only one there and was very friendly and helpful. We were there for the Black Friday sale so he was quick to show us the outstanding deals that were going on for the sale. My adult daughter is turning 21 so we decided to get her something nicer to last her a while. He was very nice to her and show to her many different mattresses to choose from that were on the sale. Everything was clean and they were covid-19 friendly. He was so nice that he even squeaked in a mattress protector to make sure that it lasted her a long time stain free. My wife and I needed a new bed since we've been experiencing back pains and restless nights. We were pleasantly surprised going into Sit'n Sleep at the Fulleton location and being helped with Fred Powell. I need to give this man a shout out because he has great customer service, showed us a variety of beds of different brands and different firmness and conformities. Hes incredibly patient and did not feel any sense of pressure to purchase. He worked around our budget and understood our concerns. Originally I wanted to wait a week before giving a review but after one night the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt is worth every dollar, the bed is great for all sleep positions and stays relatively cool in temperature, and it should become more comfortable as we continueto break it in. Everyones preferences are different and you absolutely have to try a bed before purchasing. I'd recommend coming into Sit'n Sleep and ask for Fred. My husband and I needed a mattress BADLY! We came in yesterday and Eddie helped us with the bed match machine. Then he showed various beds compatible with our needs. We ended up getting an infinity hybrid mattress with an adjustable base. Omg that adjustable base makes such a difference. We did spend a pretty penny (over 2k) but this mattress will do us so good in the long run. Also I'm getting it delivered as I type this review. Can't beat FREE next day delivery. And they're hauling my old one away too! I can't wait to sleep on my new bed tonight. When in need, Sit n' Sleep indeed! Floyd helped us in the showroom and really addressed any and all of our concerns. My husband and I have completely different needs when it comes to a mattress and Floyd made it so easy for us to find the individual mattresses that fit us perfectly! I am 5'5 and 7 months pregnant where as the hubs is 6'4 and dealing with a 7 month pregnant wife (which I'm told isn't the easiest ) so the whole process was very comfortable and easy from start to finish. Its important to share your lil "3 some" with someone that is easy to connect with right away and understands your needs/wants/prices. After visiting 3 other mattress stores we were exhausted from the " individually wrapped titanium coil" speeches. We visited Ortho mattress, Sears, and Living Spaces mattress all which had their own benefits with prices and various brands. However, what made this location different from the others was gregarious, profesional, and cheerful personality the sales rep named Chris. He has the charisma of Will Smith mixed with a Kevin Durant All Star mattress knowledge. I was able to connect with him from the start in a non "salesy/ commission" type of way. He was like a long lost child hood best friend. Bottom line, he was super easy to talk to and quickly met our needs according to our price point. Make sure you look for other prices because they do Price Match. They carry Sealy, Sterns and Fosters (which is owned by Sealy and considered the Lexus of Sealy), Naturally Organic,Tempur-pedic, Airloom, Serta, Simmons, Beauty Rest, icomfort and many others. We ended up with a Beauty Sleep mattress which is created with the individual wrapped coils, foam, and gel. Highly recommend it for someone wanting quality with a budget. They had a great deal on a beauty Rest bed so thats what I got! The Naturally Organic brand was UNREAL Prices for that are about 3600$ but they are sooooo amazing. Must try! Free Delivery. Since this location was closest to our house, it made sense to give it a try. Going into a mattress store can be a bit disconcerting. Neither of us really knew which mattress truly meets our needs. When store manager Chris Miller came to help us we were professionally guided throughout the store--looking at mattresses that fit our criteria. He also gave us a variety of suggestions that helped enhance our sleeping and comfort requests. In the end, because of Chris, we able to purchase an appropriate mattress and power frame that would truly enhance our comfort level. Chris provided us with interest-free financing for two years, as well as discounts and free items that would all be part of our final costs. We had to make some modifications when our mattress was first delivered and he was there when we needed him. Chris is knowledgeable, courteous, and flexible in his ability to deal with customers. He hardly "sits and sleeps" when people walk in the door. If you need quality mattresses, bed frames, coverings, and pillows--this is the a place that will meet all of your needs. They explained that deliveries are handled by a third party, and that Bob contacted them after I told him what happened. They reassured me that management was taking care of the problem.
