Today 12/31/2030, I decided to go to Sit and Sleep. Had a wonderful experience, I was 15 minutes early because Sunday they open at 11 am. One Older Employee gentleman who works there passed the only car in the and just entered the Building, and I thought it would have been nice to let me in early. He didn't so I waited. But what turned out was a Young Man by the name of MIKE. came out and asked me to come in. I thought that was so Nice! Got better than that, he asked me what are you looking for? So I told him I was looking for a Queen at a reasonable price that fit my needs and budget. Mike, showed me one that immediately hit my not-too-firm. He showed me another, that was also Okay, but he offered up a Clearance Mattress that was also good, but on the floor. He showed it to me it was what I needed and was great and firm. I was so happy and blessed with Mike. Especially the Price $400. It was a Blessing. I asked if he could recommend a good Bed Frame. He recommended but I was a little high $300, but then He said as a great Salesman, I just might have this one on Clearance, and He did and it was $100 dollars less. He was a Blessing. Don't ever buy a mattress from sit and sleep and return it. We returned our Nectar mattress June 2nd 2022 and we still have not had our full refund given back to us. It is ridiculous that I have to be the mediator between synchrony Bank and Sit N Sleep for a simple return. After several calls to Sit N Sleep customer service they said they would take care of the issue but it's been days since the last time I spoke to an agent who said she would take care of the full amount and guess what? Still says I owe money for a mattress I don't even own! Just buy directly from Nectar or any of these online mattresses retailers. read more

Bought a new mattress here on Sunday. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a salesman Michael. He was very informative and even let us get a diagnostic of our sleeping on a computer bed that told us what mattress would be best for us both. Luckily we were both in the blue zone and ended up purchasing a blue zone mattress. Michael was a pleasure and informed us of all the different options we had. We were going to leave without purchasing but Michael made us a deal we couldn't refuse. Mattress will be delivered tomorrow. I can't wait. Been laying on this once great mattress for 12 years and it has been horrible for the last several years. I had a wonderful time shopping for a mattress here! The salesman was so helpful, nice, and extremely patient. I had 3 kids jumping from mattress to mattress the entire time. I was so happy to get a comfy memory foam with cool gel mattress + box spring + mattress protection sheet delivered that week for just a lil over $1K. In the weird days of COVID I actually bought a bed, pillows and adjustable frame on the phone without ever trying it out first. Dave was awesome and guided me along the way. He asked so many important questions about how I sleep, if I have any back issues, etc. I got the bed delivered on Sunday and slept thru the night for the first time in about a year. I cannot recommend them enough! Do yourself a favor and spring for an adjustable frame. It's not that much more, especially since you don't need to buy a box spring and it really makes a big difference! read more
