After we did the mattress analysis to see which bed would best suit us, he was very patient and showed us all of our options. Choosing the right mattress is so important for good health, as a good nights sleep can make or break your day. I must say we were a little more indecisive than usual. He was so attentive and kind which helped us to make a decision that has improved our well being ten fold. I had been looking for a nice king size bed frame with headboard for quite some time with no luck. I also needed a roll away bed that would be comfortable for guests. Well, I found both, thanks to Dave B. at the store in Redlands. The entire transaction was seamless, and Dave was just great. The delivery was equally as seamless. I received notifications and the driver/s showed up on time, took care of business and were on their way. I also have to add that the drivers were masked and gloved up upon showing up, and kept gloves and mask on during the delivery and set up. After doing some research online for a new bed for my mother who is battling cancer I called the store and inquired about the mattress and adjustable base if they had it I. Stock as time was of the essence. Spoke with David on the phone and in person, he's completely helpful and was able to juggle 3 customers at once . I was very happy with our experience while there but when it came to our delivery it has gone down hill. Part of our bed was not on the delivery truck yesterday so they told us it would be delivered today. I got the call that it was on the way then a few minutes later I got a call and the lady told me it wasn't on the truck, again!!! She said she was going to try and figure out what was going on and call me back. She called back and said they wouldn't be able to deliver until Tuesday but we work and I told her that my husband is off tomorrow, Monday, and we need it then but she said they don't deliver in our area on that day. How is that our problem?! They messed up twice, they should be delivering to us when it is convenient for us, not them. read more

I must say I did like the way sit and sleep has a way of determining what bed you need by laying on the monitor system bed they have. First called before coming in but when I did show up the office staff had lists of beds based upon my requests and parameters ready to review. The store manager gave my wife and I space to discuss our options when needed while also providing clarifying information to assist with our decision. After purchasing, the delivery truck team (#85) was great - fast and efficient. I have been avoiding going to buy a mattress for some time now because I always feel overwhelmed by the amount of choices that are out there and also because I tend to create a lot self pressure to make the right choice since it is a relatively expensive purchase that you only make once every few years. As soon as I walked in the store the salesman Eddie was extremely helpful and he helped me to pick out the mattress that was best for me without making me feel pressured to buy anything I did not want to buy. They use a very advanced sleep position analyzing mattress to determine the types of mattresses that best suit you based on how you sleep which thought was a very interesting approach. This points you in the general direction and then you just fine tune it from there by laying on a few of the recommended mattresses. I came to the store because of the commercials which I'd grown up watching but I have to say I'd go back again because of the service and experience for sure - very satisfied! read more

Bought a cal king mattress set from this company about 1 1/2 years ago. Mattress started to sag pretty bad within first few months of purchase. I reached out to this company regarding my issues , sending pictures of sagging mattress along with substandard box spring and flimsy metal frame never heard back from them. I bought a mattress topper to help with the sagging mattress. After placing new topper on mattress I immediately noticed that there was a 2inch shortage on both sides of mattress . That explains why the cal king sheets for bottom never fit . This mattress is not a true cal king. I hate their commercial stating they beat any price or your mattress is free. There is no name brand mattress you can compare to their product. I know commercial advertising is expensive, but being deceptive to the public could prove even more costly to them. read more

I would give this branch a higher rating based on my actual experience on the day we purchased our mattress. The salesman, Dave, took a lot of time with us and was very informed about the mattresses and pillows. He made the purchase easy and no interest financing for 3 years was a great plus. This is not Sam's club pricing but mattresses are of if the highest quality and have good consumer ratings. We left the store quite happy with free delivery even. The reason I am taking away two stars is because of what resulted the next day. I called to question the high price of the pillows we purchased because they were not showing on the Sit N Sleep site. In a very condescending manner Dave gave the reason which was acceptable. I object to being talked to like I was an idiot only because the sale was over and I was asking pricing questions. Initially walking into the Sit 'n Sleep, you can tell that their priority is sanitization and safety. We were helped by someone to set us up through the bed match. The bed match experience was phenomenal. My boyfriend and I had no idea what type of mattress we were looking for. Dave Wolfe stepped in to help us out after our results came through. The bed match did match us in the red category. The red category was comfortable but we ended up being way more comfortable in the blue category after Dave helped us explore that option. Dave's patience and ability to listen was phenomenal. He instantly made us feel welcome and like family. He gave us time to think and talk all the while being attentive and managing a business. We walked away that day with an idea of what we loved thanks to Dave. After checking 2 other furniture locations (mattress brothers and Jerome's), we knew after leaving Jerome's that nobody was going to give us the same service that Dave did the previous day. My boyfriend immediately called to make sure Dave Wolfe was in today before making the trip and he sure was!! I can't thank him enough. He sold us a bed, a platform box, 2 pillows and covers. His knowledge was amazing on what he sold and we would recommend him to anybody. When we arrived at Sit 'n Sleep, John Grasson greeted us and had us try their mattress assessment machine (I forget what it's called but it was a technologically-advanced bed that magically assesses your needs and suggests certain mattresses). That worked well and we liked most of the mattresses we tried. John was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. At the end, we got a great price for an excellent mattress and adjustable base. It was the best price out of all the stores we visited.
