Choosing the right mattress with your spouse is such a vulnerable and stressful experience but Kat was patient, well informed, answered all our questions, and provided us with lots of options to meet both our physical and budget constraints. We began by taking a sleeping/mattress test which determined the type of mattress we should get as a couple. Next, we discussed our budget and options on the types of mattresses and sizes. She also discussed pillows, covers, and frames which would enhance our sleeping experience. As a couple and after two hours of bed testing, it was easy to choose and decide on a mattress based on our test results and options provided. We also got the mattress delivered the following day and Carlo, our delivery guy, installed the new mattress and took the old mattress, so we didn't have to deal with the city for pick up. (They were very careful about Covid safety and they had thought of everything including protective covers for us to lie down on as we tested various mattresses.) My salesperson Mark took time to listen to what I was looking for and then explained my various options as I tested the beds. He was very knowledgeable about not just their inventory but other mattresses on the market which made me comfortable in my decision. When it came to be delivered the delivery man realized that my sleigh bed frame was Calif. King, and I had purchased regular King (my mistake). Best Experience Possible I was in the market for a new bed for about a month plus. I decided to visit this Sit n' Sleep and various neighbor locations to do some research and pile ballpark figures together to see how much I was willing to spend. The movers Carlo and Fernando where so amazing and respectful!! They went above and beyond. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I was sold the base - it didn't have a rolling massager like I was gold it would and the foot holder ( which I was told it didn't come with ). As there was a remote control cover holder hiding the metal .. I was told the holder was also included, which was not - so double check and don't believe what us told . I assumed he knew , and of course it was the most expensive base ! However , they did give me a good deal on the mattress . I may still change the base . Well those were all in my final four. Prices were instantaneous because he had a mobile device (iPad), so we could add or eliminate step by step without writing anything down and getting an instant price while I'm laying on the mattress. Do you realize how easy this is? Finally, we get to the numbers. Prices are what I expected. Lower tier prices, high quality (memory foam hybrid), but I know I made an investment in myself. I did the test and was shown beds that matched my test. I went to Mark for an exchange and I only wish I had gone to him and the Studio City location initially because I'm convinced that had I done so there never would have been a need for an exchange. Mark provided the best customer service - he was thorough putting me through all of the tests and incredibly patient. He was also so very honest. When we finally picked the bed he told me he had a returned one upstairs at one-half the price if I was interested. Mark just bent over backwards to make me happy when we both realized that the bed I was exchanging was clearly not right for me and my needs. After I started bad-mouthing the first salesperson, Mark also made it clear that if a customer such as myself insists on a bed a salesperson may not otherwise recommend, that salesperson can still sell the bed so I couldn't totally blame the first salesman for selling me a bed that I had insisted on. I really respected Mark for doing that because it helped me to realize the first salesman was only doing his job and that I should have been more trusting of the Sit 'n Sleep matching technology.
