So after giving him our budget he gave us a couple of options. We ended up deciding on not only getting a mattress, but an adjustable base too! This was honestly if not one of the best decisions we've ever made as sleeping correctly/comfortably is crucial to ones well being. We absolutely loved the whole experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left the store. After receiving mediocre help at a few other mattress stores, my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised when we were helped by Mark at this sit-n-sleep studio city store. When we initially came in we were pretty locked in with what we had thought we were going to buy; However, Mark was nice enough to show us around and point out a few other mattresses that were in our price range. He's extremely knowledgeable about the entire inventory, but didn't come off too pushy like some salesman have a tendency to be; he also took us seriously when we told him that we were absolutely ready to throw down a bunch of cash and purchase a bed from him. It seemed like some of the other places did not. He honestly answered every single question we had, no matter how ridiculous, and made us feel comfortable--and I mean REALLY COMFORTABLE. He gave us more than a fair deal and we walked away with the feeling that we may have just made one of the best purchases we've ever made in our entire lives. I would like to start this review with a summary: best possible customer experience. To me what matters most isn't great pricing, excellent service or large selection, of which Sit n Sleep has all. It's after all the smiles and handshakes are done, when there is a problem down the road and the money has already changed hands, are promises kept. I bought a very expensive (thousands of dollars) top of the line Aeirloom mattress from the Studio City location. A few years later, the mattress failed and had serious quality concerns. Due to vague and debatable language in the warranty contract, Aeirloom refused to honor their commitment and provide replacement or repair. Enter Sit n Sleep to the rescue. In working with the customer service team, namely Rocio Perez, Shannon and Harry at the Santa Ana location, all the promises made at the time of purchase were kept and the matter resolved in an above and beyond way. Point is, you can count on the Sit n Sleep team to be forthright, decent and there for you no matter what. Maybe you can get a mattress for less elsewhere (probably not) but it's worth every penny of premium if so to be able to sleep well having confidence Sit n Sleep will do what it takes to make sure you remain a customer for life. When making a purchase decision, it's prudent to consider what Sit n Sleep brings to the table in full, beyond the value pricing, etc. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else. read more
