The bedmatch analyzer made narrowing down the beds I should try out much less time consuming than I thought it would be and the recommendations were actually beds that matched the type of mattresses I like. The customer service at this store was even better than the tech to choose the right bed. Going into it, I thought the buying process was going to be high pressure and anxiety-inducing (similar to buying a car) and it was the opposite of that. The store manager Justin made the buying process extremely easy without putting on any pressure to make a quick decision. He was honest and upfront about the pricing, super knowledgeable about financing options and was patient in explaining everything I needed to know. Discovered the memory foam mattress I had been sleeping on for years was leaking fiberglass so I needed a new mattress in a hurry. I did minimal research and figured I'd take my chances on walking into a Sit 'n Sleep near my house. I was greeted immediately by Justin, who I cannot say enough positive things about. He walked me through all of my options with great care- was very attentive, intuitive even, of what I was ultimately looking for. He wasnt pushy, he listened carefully, and he provided me with a number of options to ultimately choose from. I ended up purchasing a mattress that day. Delivery was fast and I totally love my mattress. There was a minor issue with my mattress and he stepped up to bat for me to make things right. Nowadays it's literally a shock when a company does what it says what it's going to do, comes when it says it going to come and does it all politely and professionally. I went into Sit 'n Sleep on a Sunday and Wayne was wonderful. He immediately came to help me. Not pushy at all. He asked ME what I was looking for . I liked that he didn't push expensive things I didn't want. He was professional and so so nice. The whole thing was so fast ans pleasant. They had the mattress I wanted in stock, were able to deliver it the very next day (for free) and Wayne threw in a mattress pad!! The delivery company called the day before to give me a 3 hour window and then again to tell me they were 10 minutes out. The delivery took like 10 minutes and the guys were great. My "Sleep Consultant" Ken was a charming, soft-spoken gentleman who answered all my questions patiently & found exactly the bed & low price I was looking for. They were some of the most professional & nicest people I have ever done business with from Ken to Joe, who called to verify the delivery date & time, to the delivery guys Eguardo & helper, who even put on my zippered allergy cover before lifting my bed onto the frame. The $70 delivery fee & required $10.50 recycling fee were totally reasonable for also hauling away my old mattress & boxspring, metal frame & foam pad many recyclers won't even take.
