This is the 4th mattress I've bought from this great company. During my most recent purchase, salesman Hector was knowledgable and helpful without ever being pushy. My experience with sales people in both the Tarzana and Agoura stores have always been pleasant. Regretfully, after 30 days of use, the mattress I recently bought is far too firm for me. This morning (Saturday) at 7am I texted the customer service line- got an auto prompt "We don't open till 10am but we can help you. We'll text you." At 10:00am sharp I received a text to call the 800 #. Wow. I called and Cindy answered on the first ring. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Cindy is knowledgable, helpful, engaging, and personable. They're picking up this mattress and replacing it with a softer one I picked out (call me Goldilocks!) :) - - She gave me a generous discount on the one I'm purchasing and arranged to "make the switch" on Monday. 2 days from now!!! and during the Covid pandemic to boot! This is the top quality customer service that makes me return to this store every time I need a mattress. I've done the research. This store has the top quality brands at very competitive prices and superior customer service. I've heard horror stories from friends who have used other mattress stores. I just want to give a shout out to Larry and his team. Great company that takes pride in repeat business. I've been in sales for 35 years, Cindy is the gold standard. I had read the great reviews about Hector at the Tarzana location, and everyone is right. Hector was so patient with me as I tried bed after bed, but needed to stay within my budget. I ended up getting one of the best mattresses I've ever owned. The delivery also came on-time and as promised. We were in dire need of a new mattress, but the process of finding one seemed daunting - there are just too many choices. We came to Sit'N Sleep, and Hector greeted us. He was professional, patient and very knowledgeable! He asked us several questions about our sleep preferences and suggested a mattress. He explained the best way to test a mattress for the best result. He explained the technology that goes into different types of mattresses and suggested different alternatives. Sit'N Sleep is well stocked with all types of mattresses, which allowed us to try several kinds (like Purple or Tempur pedic) before we ended up purchasing the very first mattress that Hector recommended. When my wife commented on this, he very modestly said that we did tell him what we wanted, and so he knew right away. Mark A. was so helpful in finding our new mattress and accessories. He was very thorough and took into consideration all of our preferences (me being a hot sleeper while my wife is perpetually cold, me preferring a firmer mattress while my wife prefers a softer one, etc.) As you can see he had his work cut out for him. Fantastic experience. Hector was super helpful and a true gentleman. We laughed all through the 'find your right bed' experience, but it was spot on. Hector was able to find two beds very quickly that were perfect. OK, we spent a lot more than we planned on, but we also decided on the zero-gravity base, and think of the joy we will experience on a nightly basis for years to come! So I came here as a person who did not know much about what bed is best for me, just seen alot of ads on features that the adsbmattresses offer. Very great customer service person helped me find exactly what I want and made me feel very comfortable as well named Doug. I found the exact mattress I wanted and got everything exactly as I wanted including the warranty. If I ever do get a issue with my bed or frame as long as the warranty covers me I have no doubt that this is the best place to find a bed for you. Ken was super helpful in explaining my options for a box spring and such. I ended up ordering online because they had a large promo deal. Make sure to bring that in to the store so they can math prices with you. Delivered the next day. I chose USPS for 9 dollars and somehow the Sit N Sleep guys delivered it instead the next day. This last week was the second time I needed to purchase a new mattress from Sit 'N Sleep. Because I had such an extraordinary experience the first time I purchased a mattress from Freddy at the Tarzana store; it was simply not an option to go elsewhere. My daughter and grand daughter purchased their mattresses there, too. Freddy is so friendly and knowledgeable about mattresses that he made my decision so easy. Hector works there also and he is just as nice. There was no pressure; only information and assistance in deciding what I needed to meet my needs. My new mattress is wonderful. I went in with my girlfriend and our daughter in search of upgrading to a bigger bed. It wasn't my first time stopping by this location and noticed it was much busier than usual, but nonetheless the staff did great at distributing their time between all the customers. They were very attentive and informative and made sure you didn't feel like they forgot about you. But this review is mainly for Adam Serrano, who was just great all around. I had a very tight budget but he utilized all his resources and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for without costing me an arm and a leg. He was informative, friendly, professional, and relatable. They were having a 50% off sale and we were so lucky to find Hector Estrada as our sleep consultant who helped us be measured for and find what seem like amazing adjustable beds for both of us. He helped us with sheets and special covers to protect the mattress from all kinds of things he explained like bed bugs and moisture. As I walked into Tarzana's Sit 'n Sleep Tarzana, I felt intimidated... for sure I was leery. I much prefer to work with someone who has been referred to me by a friend or business associate especially when I am considering an important large purchase but I went into Sit n' Sleep cold. The first person I met in the store was Ken, I am grateful for this good fortune. Still, as a result of my nervousness that I might either have a bad sales experience or pay too much for what I wanted, I was business like even stiff. Nonetheless, Ken gave me plenty of space while giving me clear, clean answers to my questions about Cool Breeze Tempur-Pedic mattresses (which is what I was interested in) and the top of the line motorized bed base without once trying to influence me in my choice and not once ever rushing me. I feel solid about my entire purchase. I am very impressed with my purchase as well as with Ken. Today, I personally brought a client to the Sit n' Sleep in Tarzana and directly to Ken so they too could buy the new Cool Breeze TempurPedic along with top of the line motorized massage bed. Tomorrow I intend to share my experience of Ken and my purchase with my pastor and his wife.
