Well I was speechless when he took off way too much on the sides practically gave me a Mohawk. Please slow down a little and put your ego away & take your time. Am I only one who thinks they take way too much off. Now I have too walk around with a Mohawk basically not hating on Mohawks I didn't ask for one. Jessica Cramer at Calvin Mitchell has been my stylist for a little over a year and in that time she…read morehas canceled on me 4 times with little to no notice. The very first time it happened, I was literally on my way to the appointment when the salon called me to say that she would not be able to keep my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for September 17th and she texted me after 10 pm the night before to let me know that she was canceling my appointment for 9:00 the next morning. When I asked her if we could reschedule another appointment for the following week as I had a family function to go to, she said of course. When I tried to reach back out to her to reschedule, several times, she just never responded. I figured I would give it one more shot. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 today(6 weeks since she canceled my last appointment) and low and behold, the salon called me at 2:05 to let me know that she would not be in and that she was canceling my appointment! Seriously? When I called the salon to ask what was going on, I was told that she was an independent contractor who sets her own schedule and prices. Apparently, they don't care how their stylist's actions and behavior reflect on their business because when I told them about what has been going on, they told me I could go to another salon. Will do!
