They don't seem to realize or care that people will actually give them bad reviews for bad service. Which is exactly what they did. In May of 2017 I had a water leak in my kitchen from my dishwasher damaging my kitchen floor. Accord was assigned by my insurance company and I said fine.., no problem. Joe Lapano the contract manager seemed nice enough at first. On the day they tore up the kitchen flooring to replace it... imagine my surprise when I came home to find not only my kitchen floor gone but the foyer flooring gone as well!! When I called Joe he said ... " sorry for the mistake"..... very nonchalantly like almost nothing had happened! How does my kitchen floor translate to the flooring in my foyer? Pretty big "mistake." I happened to really like the hardwood flooring in my foyer and bathroom which all matched. When I pointed this out to Joe he then said all flooring would be replaced which it eventually was. Then there was damage to baseboards and paint which I had to have Joe come look at and have repaired. But to top it all off they scratched a dining room side table door panel moving furniture. I pointed this out and they took it to be fixed. Well five months went by with hardly a word from Joe unless I emailed him. Emails frequently went unanswered and he was never in when I called. Finally he answered back and stated he had received it back but wasn't happy with it so back it went to be fixed again. A few more months went by... more emails and calls. Finally Joe said he had the door back. When it was finally back it was noticeably lighter than the other door panels on the side table. I texted Joe a picture and he agreed this was the case. So for the first time in this ongoing year long saga I asked for his Boss's name. His boss Craig also took his time in responding. When I finally spoke with him on the phone he was extremely rude and defensive. I told him anyone else in my position would have contacted him ages ago and raised the roof over all that had gone on. He refused to give me a name of anyone he answered to stating he was the Vice President or CEO of the company.... I don't remember which. He made me tell him " my side of the story." What does that mean? My side? I'm the customer! Long story short.... he absolutely refused to reimburse me for the cost of the table. His solution was to take the door again to try and fix it which I absolutely declined. He did concede to my not paying the 500.00 deductible on my insurance.... which is something.... but doesn't cover the cost of my table which is a matching set to my dining room table. I have read other reviews on here in the same vein as my experience. My real issue with this company is the excuses, lack of communication and professionalism and lack of respect for the customers they are serving. If I could give this company a minus star review I certainly would. Stay away from Accord!

Communication was excellent and the work ethic of the company was reflected in EVERY team member throughout the project. Having lost my husband just 20 months prior to the fire that ravaged the home we built and contents curated over a lifetime, I am especially grateful that I had the opportunity to work with this company. Special shout outs to Jonathan King, the Project Manager who kept the project on track without sacrificing a single detail, and to Patrick Smith, Derek Thomas, Aaron Holbrook, and Jase. This crew and the rest of the team had my back all the way. I highly recommend C&Z - it would be impossible to have greater praise for all they did to get me home within 9.5 months.

We had a second floor and garage addition over 18 years ago from C & Z. Flooring installed in the second floor is still good after all these years and did not need to be replaced. This time around, I contracted for another addition to the side of the house and a kitchen remodel with other work being done to every single room in the house except for one. This was a huge undertaking. Hats off to the crew who did the first remodel as there were 12 people living in the house during that renovation; this time there were only 7 people living through most of the renovation (and a dog) increasing to 9 towards the end of the work. While the crew members changed over the years, Aaron Holbrook was present for both remodels. Trying to remodel and renovate around so many people was challenging and so we are grateful to Jonathan King, Patrick Smith, Ron, Anthony and especially Jason who almost single handedly painted the entire house. The crew had to work around all these people while installing cabinets, flooring, painting, ceiling tiles, framing, etc....The crew was flexible, considerate and courteous. I feel the overall cost of the project was fair for the amount of work that was done both inside and outside of the house. We will be contacting them again for future work.

Their sump pump had malfunctioned and lots of water came through the party wall. It was a traumatic experience for me in many ways. He bent over backwards for me and even called my insurance co several times trying to help fight my cause. Andy was constantly in contact with me and he definitely treats you like you are his only customer. I have to say Miro is also top notch. I highly recommend this company!! The Szeles team showed up immediately, assessed the situation, and took action to solve the problem. When our insurance company denied the claim, they stepped in to help us get this fixed as soon as possible. I live on the West Coast (this is the house of a late relative), so it was important to have someone we could trust to get things taken care of in a professional and expedited manner. I met the folks from Szeles at the house and watched them work. They were friendly, thorough, and reliable. We were certain there was a hidden leak somewhere that caused this problem. Szeles helped us trouble shoot and finally found the leak, which made this an insurance claim again. Then they helped us work with the insurance company to get the best settlement--as the insurance company wanted to lowball what they offered us. I would highly recommend Szeles, particularly Andy and his team. I hope to never ever have to use a service like this again (believe me, this was no fun!), but if I did, I would contact them without hesitation.

We had water damage in December and we are still cleaning up the mess they made. The work is horrible, excuses and delays are many AND they try to charge for work that is not completed. I have scheduled an appointment with a manger (Bill) to show him the subpar and incomplete work at our home. He did not call and did not show up. We rescheduled, he showed up, agreed with the poor quality of work, took pictures and agreed that some of the work that was charged was not done at all. He assured us there would be a quick resolution. That was in January. We finally asked gave up, found another repair company and asked Mellon Certified Restoration for a final invoice. They again tried to charge us for subpar work (that will need to be redone) AND for work they never did. I have sent 4 emails to management (Bill and Chris Bond) and have received no response. Emails were sent March 1, 6 and 9 2022. This company is a fraud! The website does not even include a Harrisburg location and I am looking into that and trying to identify who owns Mellon Certified Restoration of Harrisburg.

They had Mellon Restoration team here within 3 hours to begin extracting the small flood in the basement and setting up equipment to dry out and extract the water. Jeff stayed till 11:30 PM to make sure he had removed the carpet padding, furniture and other wet items before he left. Of course we had no water and now it is the 4th of July! To Mellon Certified and specifically Jeff, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!!!!
