I had a special question about old tree lights that had stopped working. Alex, a very helpful young man, went to look for an expert to assist me. After a short wait, Tracy came and explained that I should try to check out the plug at the end of the string of lights. By replacing the fuse. I might get the lights working again. That was a great advise. She even opened a box of Christmas tree lights to show me how to do that. Her willingness and knowledge to take the time with a customer was very well appreciated. Tracy shared with me how much she has enjoyed working for this company and how she enjoys interacting with customers. You don't get that often anymore.
