I went to the store on Thursday April 23rd at 6:45 PM expecting to leave my clubs with a request for a rush job for pick up on Friday as the store closes at 7 PM. Dalton (club technician) and Chandler (Ass't Mgr.) immediately swung into action (no pun intended) and put the new grips on right away. I was out the door at 7:05 that same evening. They saved me the time and headache of a return visit to pick my clubs up on Friday and didn't think about the fact they were inconvenienced by staying a few extra minutes to accommodate me. It is rare to have such a great experience and I am most appreciative. Edwin Watts certainly earned my loyalty from that.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to everyone who came in, including myself. I rented a top tracer bay and a bucket of balls. The top tracer has been added since my first visit so I decided to give it ago. I've done top tracer before so I had some familiarity of how it works. It was only an extra $5 bucks. It tracks your ball speed, carry distance and roll out, launch angle and apex. It will also indicate your accuracy on a line of distance you set. I really liked it and would recommend it for just a practice session. The only down side is you're hitting off a mat and rubber tee. The guy at the service desk was challenging to communicate with. I had to ask him several times, phrased differently about HOW many balls are in a medium bucket. I was not able to putt because there were so many kids on the putting greens. I probably should have called ahead to see if it was 'lesson day' but I expect during the summer it's busy.

Additionally, the placement of hole 3's tee box was incredibly confusing AND dangerous. Hole 3's tee box is in the direct line of those teeing off hole 9. As for the putting greens, oh my goodness, they were horrific. They were covered with so many golf ball-sized green broccoli head growths.. so my putts bounced and zigzagged. It was really annoying. Oh, and the hole cups were giant. In other words, you can't practice anything: no speed, distance, or control. You won't be leaving a better golfer at all. It's extra sad because this establishment has so much potential. Actually, I don't know. There's A LOT that needs fixing. :(

This store carries every brand that I have ever seen in a health club. Matrix, Precor, Life Fitness, Hoist, Inspire, Hammer Strength. Not only do they have all the brands, but they also offer delivery and installation along with service support after the sale. From a pricing perspective they are very competitive by offering the manufactures online sale price while offering a brick and mortar showroom to try the products out in person with staff on site that is extremely knowledgeable. Randy was excellent in the store. He directed us to a few options on the equipment we wanted, and we subsequently purchased an elliptical, a bike, a weight machine, flooring for the space and some exercise balls, all perfect for the space in our home.
