Chad was our sales rep, and did a great job exploring the options with us, and helping us figure out the overall cost of a new build. While we did give earnest money down, and go thru the design process, ultimately we decided to put a pause on the construction process, in lew of possible upcoming specs or something on the ground in the next few months. I will most certainly keep Lennar @ Parten in our circle of options as we make final steps to purchasing our house! Unlike other builders I have worked with in the past that refuse to return earnest money if the costs get too high or any other loophole reason, Chad was gracious and allowed us to have the money returned until it is a better time to think on the housing search again. Thank you Chad for your expertise, and the team @ the design center for assisting us thru the steps. We are excited to come on back to your community later this year and see the progress and hopefully find the perfect fit!

It used to be nice in belterra. The front duck pond had two fountains there were constantly going…read moregiving the ambient noise of water falling. The ducks loved it. Now it's a pond with broken fountains and a layer of pond scum. The back pond on Estes is equally bad with reeds growing over a third of the water. I know it's the water-controlled district that is in charge but Belterra is allowing this to happen.

Oh and that was a nice trick to with the Effluent dumping regulation hula-hoop. If every developer is as clever, the planet would be paved in concrete and covered in poop. No-one learned SQUAT from Circle C and the mess as described in the Unforeseen.. but it was foreseen. History repeats itself until some developer is rich, and the beautiful places are sanitized and laminated for you.

The wood work was done by a very talented young man named David that they have on their team and he is very skilled, puts the finishing touch on the room. They kept in touch with me daily and Alix stopped by several times to cehck on the progress, she brought me flowers and a beautiful gift basket with a massage gift card because she knows the renovation process can be stressful when you are living in your home! He is very giving of his time, knowledge, and is the most collaborative of the 3 Architects we have used on the 2 other custom homes we have built. As an example, even before we signed a contract he made multiple site visits to give us his friendly professional insight about several lots we were considering before we selected the property we ultimately purchased. He was extremely accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. Collaboration is his priority from the beginning and he made it very convenient through the use of screen share as we designed the home together. We were really impressed with the architectural 3D model that Daniel created. It was amazing that we were able to have a computer-generated 3D model to visualize the complete exterior as well as the outdoor entertaining, outdoor kitchen, and the pool and spa area. We were able to have the majority of our meetings in the evenings after we got off work and we even did a screen share to collaborate on our laptop while we were out of town visiting family. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about both the architectural and contractual aspects of building, but he seems to have a great instinct for what the client is looking achieve. He also had the desire to study alternatives and create several layouts that might make the most sense for the lifestyle we described.
