Elaine is amazing. Picture this - it's a beautiful sunny California day and all of a sudden you hear blood curdling screams...is that someone being tortured??? Do I call the police??? Nope. It's my dog getting a bath. ‍ I will start out by saying - my dog is a small mix and has had a pretty rough past before we adopted her. She screams bloody murder if you get water near her. Nail trimmings? Forget about it. Hair cut? Good luck. I was taking her to PETCO to get groomed however they cancelled on me at least 5 times to the point that it had been months that she had been groomed. Luckily we found Elaine's mobile grooming business and she came right to us. Elaine was funny, personable and took her time with little Foxy. Of course that didn't keep Foxy from showing her displeasure by yodeling through the neighborhood and pooping on poor Elaine, but Elaine was patient and did a wonderful job with Foxy. Elaine is great! Love this groomer! I moved to California in 2019 and began using a groomer that had an attitude every time we arrived. I was referred to Elaine and couldn't be happier. Her Mobile grooming is completely self sufficient... doesn't need to use our water or electric. I have 3 dogs and she takes the time to talk to you about our grooming needs for each dog. Two our English cream goldens which we cut short and she did exactly what I asked of her. Our 3rd is a rescue... Huskey mix... he only gets bathed, brushed and nails but can be a handful. They all have their own personality and she deals with each of them amazingly! She is always on time and spends a lot of time caring for and grooming each dog. I highly recommend! It's expensive to groom the boys but it is no matter where I found to take them. This way they are hanging out at the house til she is ready for each one. Elaine was amazing with our two doodle puppies. Our little boy was traumatized by a previous groomer when he was a baby and this was his first time being groomed by someone other than us in over a year. She was so gentle with him and made him feel comfortable talking to him the entire time. She also kept the door to her van open and encouraged us to peek out and check on him which also put us at ease. She groomed our little girl and was very kind with her and avoided using the dryer on her face because she is very fearful of noises.
