I called Sittoo's in Parma to inquire about catering for an upcoming event. Before asking any questions, I specifically asked if someone was available to assist me, and the employee said yes. I then began asking about catering options and pricing. A few moments later, another person, who appeared to be the owner or manager, came on the phone and abruptly stated that it was lunchtime and they were busy, then hung up on me. I completely understand that restaurants can be busy, especially during lunch hours. However, if staff are unavailable to discuss catering, a polite response such as offering to take my information or asking me to call back at a better time would have been appreciated. As a potential catering customer, I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Customer service matters, especially when someone is considering spending several hundred dollars on a catering order. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a negative impression and caused me to look elsewhere for my event. read more

It's been a while since I've been to Sittoo's. After all this time, I'm glad to say that Sittoo's remains delicious and inexpensive even in these times of crazy inflation. I ordered the business lunch special, which is offered on weekdays during lunch hours and is amazingly still under $10. For just under 10 dollars, you get a nice scoop of rice pilaf sprinkled with cinnamon, a fresh salad, lamb patties, kafta kabob, chicken shawarma, falafel, AND pita bread. Everything on my plate was delicious, especially the chicken shawarma, which was juicy and well-seasoned, and the moist flavorful falafel. I really liked their food, I'll be honest I don't exactly call myself familiar with Lebanese & Middle Eastern Cuisine but I like to think I know good food when I see it. If you're worried about anything, it shouldn't be taste; the savory chicken, refreshing vegetables (especially the cucumbers for me personally) and the Tahini all work together SO WELL. If you choose to eat in the restaurant, you'll get the food served at your table which sounds weird to like now that I'm writing it but trust me you feel like royalty. There's a few tv's and it gives a kind of sort of cafe atmosphere especially because there's maybe like a handful of customers eating in the small restaurant; it's not like quaint as in it's some small-town diner but it's relaxing. Sometimes while I'm eating the shish tawook (my favorite) I zone out and feel like I'm in heaven. The flatbread they serve is pretty good too but I usually order that to go so I can use it at home. TLDR: if you like Middle Eastern or Lebanese food this is a must; if not, it's worth a try. Oh yeah I forgot to mention but the pricing is decent too it's not overpriced and you definitely get value with THOSE DELICIOUS WRAPS. First time at Sittoo's and I was very happy with my experience. The people are friendly and service was quick. The restaurant is not fancy but everything was clean from the dining area and the bathrooms. I got Sittoo's combo to try all the meats and the vegetarian combo. The vegetarian combo is a good size to share. The hummos was my favorite and 2nd was the baba. The falafels were fresh and crunchy on the outside. The tahini lemon dressing was not my favorite, the lemon was a bit strong for me which covered the taste of the sesame. Nothing wrong with the tahini just a personal preference. All the meats in Sittoo's combo were moist and freshly cooked: really tasty. A little bigger portion of rice would have been better as I ran out of rice half way through the meat. All in all, a good meal and I would stop in the next time I'm in the area. read more

Sittoos is my absolute go to when I'm in the Parma area. The people who work here are always so nice and bring good vibes to my day. Can't go wrong with a healthy Lebanese option. I always get the vegetarian combo my typical go to . It comes with baba, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, vegan tahini, tabouli and falafel. Served with a side of pita. I always grab a side of their awesome hot sauce. The stuff is so good I could drink it with a straw if it was acceptable. I've had other dishes in the past and none disappoint. Portion size and price is great. You don't leave still hungry an hour later compared to most places. Highlight they open at 1030am so if you need an early lunch they got your back. I stopped in on the recommendation of a local friend (I'm from the Akron area). I got the Beef Shwarma Entre. It was very reasonably priced and delicious. I was there a little later in the dinner cycle, and the beef was more well cooked than ideal, but it was still delicious. The garlic butter sauce was divine. The rice with cinnamon on it was great too (it's not as sweet as you might imagine). It came with a side salad which was fresh and delicious. This place has been my Uber Eats go to for lunch lately; it's the place I order from the most. I love the tabouli and hummus. Both are great to get in large sizes and then you can eat the left overs later during the week. The Fattoush salad is a fav and something I also order each time. For my entree my typical go to is the Lamb Kafta which comes with rice and a small side salad. If you're not that hungry it's nice to combine the hummus into the entree and get the Hummus Chicken Entree. I wish there were more vegetarian (non-sandwich) entrees. Pita is also good, fluffy and warm, love that! I got the fattoush salad, I've tried these at many places but this one is going down as a winner for me. The salad was pre-dressed and delicious, crisp. The crunch from the zatar and the chicken was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. My husband got the sittoos combo and he liked it, not the dressing on the salad. But that was his preference.
