We discovered this place right down the street from an AirB&B we rented in Greenville. We came in to do a tasting because I saw that they had a 5 grain bourbon. We were seated right away by our friendly server and given a tasting menu. We started with the Whiskey flight and I was really impressed with Old Money and Carolina Rojo. Not so much with the 5 grain Bourbon. Both of the Carolina Cream infused with rum and whiskey make a great dessert chaser. We next proceeded with the Vodka and Gin flight of which I most enjoyed the floral Double Made Gin. This is a great place for a party or group of friends to hang out and play darts.

Six and twenty is such a little local gem. LOVE using their Carolina cream for espresso Martinis and cocktails at home. Their cocktails at their location are awesome and the bar staff is great. Small and quaint place. Every drink we've tried there is awesome. They even do mixology classes and events you can sign up for. Such a cool distillery to have in town!!

Beautiful new location. Visited here with the wife for the first time since they moved. What a nice place they moved into. We came in and sat at the bar and one of the bartenders (didn't catch his name) suggested one of their flights which included their new gin (which I wanted to try) and their new peach creme (which the wife wanted to try). After the flight she got a Wide Awake and I got a gin & tonic. This is some really good gin and I may have found a new source. Bought a bottle of gin and a bottle of peach creme. Can't wait to try the gin with the lime tonic water I found. Again, beautiful place and I can't wait to visit again.

We were in Greenville for the weekend. We found this on yelp so I had to go! We walked 2 miles from downtown. It was worth it for sure. It was a slow afternoon at first. Which gave us plenty of time to enjoy our tasting with great explanation of the liquors. All were very good. We ended up with a private tour as we enjoyed a great cocktail. The cocktails change often with many created by their staff. The whiskeys were all good. The Vodka was amazing. Super smooth straight. And I am not a vodka drinker. Cool location with even cooler staff. Great drinks! The tasting is worth the small fee.

Came on a Monday, mostly bar snacks options for food but service & tasting were on point if you're looking for a day trip in Greenville from Charlotte

This is a great distillery with tours and an excellent selection of mixed drinks. We have been here twice in a week! The seating is comfy and the space is welcoming. My husband and I had a great time chatting with the staff and brought home a bottle of their Carolina cream. There is also a small food menu, but I have not tried anything from it yet.

Cute little spot in a plaza with other businesses. Plenty of seating inside, but nothing outside. Service was average, as was the liquor. Tried a sampler of the darks ($12) and nothing stood out compared to other places, except the Carolina cream which was delicious . I thought it was odd that all the glasses were filled to different levels and not consistent? They also have a small menu with snacks and sandwiches, the pretzels (again) were average. Probably would not be back, but glad we tried.

Oh my! We had such a wonderful experience at the Six and Twenty Distillery today! Natalie was a phenomenal host and bartender. Our drinks were spot on and she offered suggestions of things we might like. We tried the Carolina Creme and it did not disappoint, delicious. The place is clean, comfortable and so cute. We are in from out of town and will definitely be back!

This distillery was great! They do tours every Saturday at 12, 2, and 4pm. This includes a cocktail, a guided tour, and a tasting flight of 4 samples, all for $15! You get a cocktail in hand (the jalapeño business was delicious!) and get a little tour of their production area and still. Austin was an excellent guide and extremely knowledgable about the distillation process! You sample four of their products including their popular Carolina Cream which is so good! Nice bar area and they can now serve food - the new pretzels on the menu are going to be a hit! Trish was a friendly and hospitable bartender and hostess. Definitely take the time to stop by and sample or just go for the yummy cocktails!

We had purchased some Carolina Cream from this distillery at Costco, and it is delicious. So, driving back from Clemson, after dropping off our son one Saturday, we decided on a whim to drop in for a visit. They had a tour going on, which they do every Saturday (a couple of times: 1PM and 4PM). We had missed the opportunity for a tour but were offered a sampler tasting for a small fee, something like $6. We got to try everything that they produce here and it was our own private tasting. Everything we tried was very good. All of the ingredients are from South Carolina, so the products are certified SC products. It is a fun experience and we will make the trip to an official tour soon!

Found this place in Greenville, SC. Its a fantastic distillery tucked away in a corner of West Greenville that worth the trip for tasting. I order the Light Flight for starters. Their Double Made Gin was my favorite. Check out their Menu for a great selection of cocktails. I also order a martini with gin was great too. Thank you for the great service and information about you liquor. 6 and 20 also offers light fare if you are hungry

So much fun. Took the tour which not only was informative but included a top shelf drink & shit samples at the end.

Whiskey sour and avena drink

The ambiance was very lady back and the bartenders were very welcoming. Although we just stopped in to have a drink for a moment it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the following night before leaving Greenville.

It is found tucked behind the building with only a small, letter-sized paper sign marking the entrance. No flashy signage, no obvious storefront, which adds to the appeal if you're into that kind of hunt. Walking up to it late at night can be a little intimidating but it is well lit which I greatly appreciated! Once inside, the space is dimly lit and small, which makes for a genuinely intimate setting. I'd say it's good for a quieter, more conversational vibe rather than a loud night out. We went with the bartender's choice: pick a base liquor, then two words to describe what you're after. I went with vodka and "slightly sweet, refreshing," for $18. The bartender nailed the brief but it wasn't a drink I'd think about again or specifically order by name. Solid execution, forgettable flavor. Service was the real standout. Our bartender was excellent at walking us through the concept and translating vague requests into something that actually worked. That, plus the atmosphere, is enough to bring me back to see what else is on the menu since we made it there just in time for last call so I ended up only having one drink.
