This is a new spot that's been open since September 2025. The location, staff, and service was good. I wasn't that thrilled with my food (salmon, potatoes and broccolini). The portions were good but my meal lacked flavor. I left a lot of food on my plate because there just wasn't much flavor. I asked for blackened salmon and I honestly couldn't tell that it was blackened...it just looked grilled. If not for the salt & pepper I requested I don't know... Can't believe I haven't been here sooner, but was doing some biz up on Augusta today and, viola... The Pharmacy! I had breakfast, and this place rocks!! The eggs were super fresh and cooked as specified, the bacon was thick and crispy, and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly with peppers and onions! The Brioche toast... nice! My husband and I went here last minute without a reservation during the week with some friends and were able to sit out on the patio right away. Our server was friendly, attentive, and accommodating to the child that was with us too. We got the wings, charcuterie, chicken tenders, tuna tartare and a filet (forgot to take a picture of that one!). The food was very good; tuna was fresh and flavorful, and the filet was done perfectly medium rare. We will definitely be back and hope to try the brunch soon! read more

DELICIOUS! Inside is beautiful and inviting. Staff was great and super friendly. We came here for brunch and I like that it's a mix of brunch and regular food. Shrimp and grits is something I would get again. Love the spice to it and the big and juicy shrimp! Tomato bisque was delicious but I would get a cup instead of a bowl because it's so thick and rich. I took my mom to The Pharmacy for mother's day and was a wonderful experience. On one of the busiest restaurant days of the year, the came out incredibly quick and didn't lack taste at all-really great food. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful with the menu, so very much above average service. The restaurant is beautifully designed inside and out and very clean bathrooms. One bad thing I have to say about The Pharmacy are their bussers. We were sitting outside and the busser sprayed the cleaning spray toward our food. It was a total lack of awareness. The last thing I had to say was how helpful the owner was with the staff and working amount them, so overall a fantastic experience at The Pharmacy. read more

Amazing experience! Super cute ambience with lights strung up outside! The staff was all so unbelievably friendly. Mykenzie went above and beyond for us all! It was our first time here (we are from Cincinnati). We sat outside because we brought our dogs. They pulled up some heaters. They brought our dogs water and bacon. They were so accommodating. Our food was so delicious. We got the Pharmacy breakfast, the quiche and the chicken and waffles. It was all phenomenal. They also have mimosa caraffes and a Bloody Mary bar! We can't wait to come back when we are in town. read more

On Saturdays & Sundays you can only get the brunch menu, that is a bit misleading from the website. It was a bit loud as someone was mentioned but overall, would recommend. We were excited to try this place and might give it another tray if it lasts, I think they're still working out some bugs. We were brought the wrong drink 3x and the server actually told us the bartenders didn't know the names of the drinks. Drinks were very good it was just a shot in the dark what you'd get. Aside from getting the wrong drink - she never asked us if we wanted another. She didn't take entree orders until we had finished the appetizer. We got the nachos which is a go-to for us every where we go and they weren't very warm but may have sat. The bigger complaint is there was three small clusters of meet that should have least been spread out to cover a few more chips. It was an okay amount of other things but nothing was amazing fresh or tasty and the meat felt lacking. The ambiance definitely is there for being cute and trendy but they definitely need some work. First visit tonight and it was as good as it gets. Love the bright and airy decor and the bar area was lively tonight but we sat in the dining room. Calamari was a great starter recommended by our server Payton. I'm not usually a big salmon eater but got the wild caught Alaskan salmon after the folks next to use raved and it may have been the best seafood dish I've had in Greenville. It rivaled my all time favorite halibut at Coral. Solid beer menu and decent cocktail and wine options. There were so many dishes I want to try based on feedback from those around us. Smash burger seemed to rock the house. I had no idea I would love this place as much as I did but this one gets placed on the regular rotation list. read more

I used to come here all the time when it was Tipsy Taco and always had great service, so I'll admit I was a little disappointed when it changed. But honestly? The Pharmacy has completely won me over. The vibes are GOOD, and the ladies working there feel like actual friends -- super welcoming, kind, and attentive. They went over and beyond for me when my truffle fries were accidentally left off my order and made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. That kind of service really means a lot. My wife and I had the pleasure of eating for the first time tonight. We shared the burger and the salmon sandwich. Both were excellent and both the truffle fries and onion rings were crisp and cooked to perfection. We topped the evening off with the apple caramel bread pudding which was one of the best I've ever eaten (this is my favorite dessert, and if they serve it I've probably tried it). This place is a new augusta road staple! The Bloody Mary bar is incredible. Service is outstanding. The bartenders will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your drink. Why bother with the pharmacy concept when the theme is ignored throughout the venue and menu? The "Pharmacy" represents a nostalgic, sentimental, and well recognized cornerstone of social and community development that affords plenty of opportunity to demonstrate a gustatory homage to a cherished piece of Americana. This is not that. Tremendously disappointing, but mostly boring from start to finish fit with a painfully plain wooden waist height divider that makes absolutely no sense aesthetically, the distant and basic sports bar without adequate TVs to be considered a genuine attempt while retaining the vapid vibe and inefficacy of a losing season, or the beer draft station quietly forgotten in the corner (the irony of this lost callback to soda fountains of old stings me in my very ancient bones). But the omissions hurt more than the forgettable layout. No prescription pads to write orders? No modern takes on pharmacy-themed outfits for the staff? No integrated or interactive mortar or pestle in any form? No haggling over insurance coverage or generic substitutions? Ok kidding, but in all honesty the inadequately dosed active ingredient leaves only a bitter taste and no cure. Clumsy, inconvenient, inefficient, and stylistically catastrophic leaves me sad and longing for the exclusive, reservation-required eats, locally meaningful watering hole with blast from the past vibes that warrant a reflection of what Greenville is trying so desperately to become. read more
