I contacted Nothing Bundt Cakes online. They were fabulous to work with -- suggesting flavors, being easy to contact and even accommodating changes to a 12 dozen cupcake order a mere day in advance. Delivery was both on time and well executed. (I always worry about food being transported... all the bundtinis were still immaculate.) The staff was pleasant and pricing was on point. The bundtinis were a hit! I am not sure if the red velvet or the seasonal snickerdoodle was the fan favorite, but all of them were definitely enjoyed. (and it was well within walking distance - glad I don't live near a place like this - I'd weigh a million pounds) The inside of the shop is nothing to speak of. There were a couple people hanging out reading the paper and drinking coffee, but there was a good selection of cupcakes and muffins. I bought a couple things to eat over the course of my trip - a pumpkin muffin, a cappuccino chocolate chunk muffin, and a chocolate cupcake stuffed with chocolate filling. The cupcake was good...but, wow! Those muffins! I love cappuccino muffins and the one I had was absolutely amazing. Although it was hot as hades outside, I enjoyed the fall inspired pumpkin muffin. They were really very good - dense but not to heavy. Soft but not crumbly. THIS is how muffins should be made. This is a definitely a little hidden gem worth checking out if you're in the quad cities!
