The one thing that stood out to me here was their business model. You aren't allowed to fill your own bags. As you browse you are approached and asked if you need a bag. If the answer is yes the helpers fill the bags for you. You tell them what you want and they get it out of the bulk bins. A little different than other bulk candy stores I've been in before where it's more of less self service. From a health and welfare standpoint I can respect this... From a control standpoint I really wasn't a fan. I want to have the bag in my hand. I know roughly how much a pound weighs in my own hand. It's hard to judge the weight when it's in someone else's.
