only giving one star, since there's no option for zero stars…read more let me tell you about "sugar a la mode" it's name states 'sugar' yet they don't have ANY sugar at all. don't understand this when they're supposed to be a bakery and dessert place. First of all, we had to wait a while to even be greeted by anyone, second, my GF Apple nacho dessert was just a poorly cut apple with part of the stems in it, no one explained to me that I was able to put the toppings on myself, I had to deduce it myself and ask, my dad's coffee tasted like bathroom water, they didn't even have sugar available for the disgusting coffee, which by they way got both my husband and my father sick, the cake was very dry, and the cheesecake was okay. The customer service is just mediocre, and the worst part is the price. I feel like we just had been robed. $33 for 3 desserts is absurd, and the cherry on top is that you don't know how much they'll charge you until the end, and on top of that, they even expect a tip! Which we have not to be rude, but we will never again spend our money on this place. Don't waste your money!

All were really good and at appropriate prices! The kids/single scoops were under $4. In Seattle, they're all $6-7 now. This is better! They've got pints and gallons to go, and an adjacent candy shop for all your old school sugar needs! Back to the goat milk roasted cherry - this was really good! Unique, but not weirdly so. We also tried the smoke and brisket skillet and later the brisket Mac and Cheese sandwich. While the smoke was good we found the brisket in both dishes a touch on the chewier side than we'd hoped for and for the Mac and Cheese it tasted a bit like it might have come from a pre packaged mix which didn't quite hit the mark for us. The side of tots were wonderfully crispy, but a dash more salt would have made them perfect. Overall, we had a really good time and we appreciate the care that clearly goes into your service and many of your dishes. We truly hope this feedback is helpful we think with just a few small tweaks those specific items could be as fantastic as your incredible burger. We'd definitely pop in again perhaps giving those brisket and Mac and Cheese dishes a pass next time around.
