Went to the park yesterday with my girl and LOVED it. I don't know about all these negative reviews about this place and actually had a good laugh with some of them. The rides were fun as hell especially the Fireball and Superman. Food was as expected from a theme park just regular park food but the experience as a whole was great and will definitely be back again this season. *Random* : After leaving the Superman we got asked for an interview for the Wonder Woman attraction and were told that it would be on Tv, social media, commercials so that was a great way to end my day! read more

This place is filthy and not maintained. The cafes are never cleaned during the day. There is literally food splattered on the walls and dried there from probably months ago. The concrete is black from general filth. A major roller coaster broke down yesterday and the one my 2 daughters were on today also broke down, trapping all the riders. The ride operator didn't care and let them just sit there cooking in the hot sun (unseasonably hot today at 87*). I finally walked out to the roler coaster and freed my daughters myself, which took nothing more then a push on a pedal release to lift the harness bar. The park workers are absolutely worthless, lazy and slow. Payton M., a ride operator was robotic in his movements, competely indifferent to anything going on around him with a constant scowl on his face. It's as if employees need nothing else but the ability to breathe to get a job here. We just waited for 45 min to place an order for food. The line had about 15 people in front of us without any exaggeration. Painfully slow. It then took another 15 minutes to get our food. We were standing there laughing at the workers to help us pass the time. They had no clue what they were doing and didn't care anyway. It could have made a great comedy scene. We have season passes to Six Flags and have never been to this park. We will never, ever return. read more

I have so much hope each year that it will get better and it does not. Children managing the park is a mistake( limited professionalism or customer service skills), the bathrooms are a hazard in the water park area, the food options and shows are questionable. It would make sense for them to invest in basic infrastructure upgrades before adding new areas of the park to manage. Even the waves in the wave pool are bath tub size and the train ride is a disaster, the view is like riding through a dumping ground. Why? I will more than likely go to Bush Gardens instead this next summer. You definitely get more for your investment even though Bush Gardens is three times the price and 2 hours away. Maybe the new proposed water park in DC will replace Six Flags as the local water park in a few years. So sad!! read more

My husband and two kids and I went to Six Flags last weekend and it was SUCH a disappointing experience. We've been before, a few years ago, but it's gotten even worse. First, I'm sorry, but $35 for parking??? Ridiculous. Second, we waited in line at the booth near the entrance that says "Ticket Sales" and guess what, when I said I wanted four tickets for the day, the employee said, "We don't sell those tickets. You have to get those online." So then we stood there in the hot sun figuring out how to buy tickets online. We went first to the water park, and some parts were fun but two of the best attractions were closed. I had really wanted to go on the Lazy River, but at the entrance, the employee said it would be open later, but he had no idea when. Well, when we left at 2 pm, it still wasn't open. The wave pool was closed the whole time too. Also, there are VERY few options for healthy meals there. It's 2023 and they can't have a fruit cup or salad option at most of the restaurants/food places? So we went to Johnny Rockets, where the only meal options are burgers and chicken tenders. After the meal, I went to the bathroom in the restaurant, and there was no soap anywhere. I went out and told the employee who was cleaning the dining room, and she said she couldn't help me and there was no one else who could help me either. So am I to assume that THE EMPLOYEES DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS WITH SOAP AFTER GOING TO THE BATHROOM??? We won't be back. This place is poorly run, overpriced, and lacks any of the magic of Disney or even Busch Gardens. read more

A few complaints: *Used bandaids floating in the lazy river. Used bandaids on the steps up to the water park rides. *Designated smoking areas everywhere. They use paint for the borders of these, so as you can imagine, the secondhand smoke is not contained. Also, smokers still smoke outside of these areas, it doesn't seem like there is much enforcement. *They attempt to make a dollar off you everywhere you turn. Prices are quite high. *Poor customer service. I imagine they pay low wages, and don't really incentivize employees to care a great deal about the work. *Junk food everywhere, next to impossible to find a single fresh or healthy food item. read more

Staff is very racist and judge mental. I walked in today after waiting 15 minutes for the rest of my group to arrive. I saw at least 50-75 people walk in without having to go through security or be wanded. When I walked in the lady asked me to walk through and be wanded down. I said what for? Do you want my water bottle? I told the other security guy she just left over 50 people walk through who had bags of stuff and they didn't have to go through security. Then she kept letting people in. I said see she left all of them in. Every African American, Hispanic or Asian person got to walk right in with their bags, but me being Caucasian with nothing on me but a water bottle has to go through security, that's a lot of crap!! read more

The staff in the Liberty Funnel Cake Factory are all young and seemly in need of an education is proper customer service, they need to speak to their customers properly and realize they only have a job because us customers support the Park! We purchased season passes which were a great deal. My family of 7 (yes 7) enjoyed the rides, specifically the roller coasters. The entrance was crowded at opening but handled well by park staff. I was really disappointed by the amount of line jumping I witnessed. There is a phone number to text message to report, but the supervisors who showed up were slow to respond and did not appear motivated to enforce rules. This is a huge opportunity for improvement my perceptions of the park. No one likes waiting in line, in the sun, much less when teenagers are jumping the line with impunity. Food prices were typical for an amusement park (crazy expensive), but surprisingly tasty . The park is much cleaner than I remembered from previous visits. However, The John Rockets bathroom was abhorrent by late afternoon. The park management must be aware it is a reoccurring problem because there is a number posted to get service, but the overwhelming problem is beyond what the teenaged service staff could remedy. We are season pass holders so we'll be back.... Management: Please address the line jumping and John Rockets bathroom. UPDATE: While leaving the park my family had an interaction with a staff member that overwhelmed us with kindness and commitment to guest service. In addition, i watched a senior member of the management pick up trash which demonstrated to me a real commitment to cleanliness and a quality park experience. Batwing was down and Superman was down most of the day. I wasn't willing to stand in line for Superman just to have it break down again. So I rode the joker 10 times. It is an amusement park so go into it not expecting much. As long as I am able to exit the park safely and not in the back of an ambulance. I will call that a success. If you plan on going more than once a year. Defiantly get the season pass. Pick your times right and save the money on the jump the line pass. read more

Good place to visit! The prices are great for a theme park. The food, as expected, is expensive and not great. However, who goes to Six Flags and is like, I ate the best burger/salad/ etc of my life?!??! So bad/pricy food should be expected. The rides are great! They have so many options for all types of family/group needs. The plays/shows are not great but kinda entertaining. Renegade Rapids is my favorite, because you get a little wet but not drenched like the log ride. read more

A lot of food stands/restaurants did not open and when they do, we had two instances, that either the computer did not work or it cannot process dinning pass. At least 4,5 rides closed. I was served raw chicken and have been given the runaround. Six Flags has not made this right: On Monday August 30th, 2021 I attended Six Flags America just outside of Washington, DC with a friend. We both have a "Diamond" membership with a dining plan. As soon as we arrived, I was hungry but my friend was not. I ordered a chicken sandwich from "Gold Rush Chicken Co." at 12:17pm. I was the only person in line and it was not busy at all. I saw two different people cooking my food as I waited, both named Devante and Raphael. After I was given my food, I was halfway through my sandwich (of which my friend also had a bite), when I noticed a slimy texture. After examining the sandwich closer, I discovered it was raw -- not slightly raw, but straight up cold and pink in the center. I went to the counter and spoke with both Devante and Raphael and the only thing they offered was to recook my food, which I declined as clearly they cannot follow a procedure. I then went to guest services at the entrance of the park. Along the way, both my friend and I threw up after thinking more about what had happened. Once we arrived at guest services, I spoke with the food service manager named Tavis, who again said he could not help aside from making me new food. I was directed to call member services and was given a phone number. I left the park afterwards. The following day my friend and I both had to use a sick day from work. I will spare the details, but we were very ill. Now, I never want to attend Six Flags again. I have a a "Diamond" membership and dining plan that I will never feel comfortable using due to the lack of care their employees display. The fact that my health was put at risk by Six Flags makes me furious. Today, September 1st 2021, I called the phone number to make my complaint known and to cancel my membership. The phone rang for 15 minutes at which point it then forced me to leave a voicemail. I am currently waiting a call back. My next call is to the health department. I want my membership canceled with no "termination" fee. Not another cent taken out of my account. I will never attend another Six Flags again. read more

Honestly, the rides are pretty fun but this place has turned really gettho as in there's so many teenagers that smell like weed cutting in lines, pushing each other and mean mugging you. About 90% of the population was gettho, , very rude. The staff isn't that great neither and they let those people get away with things so it is just an uncomfortable atmosphere at this point. ***ZERO STARS***Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Was a victim of a crime by one of their employees and they did nothing about it. My daughter and I were there on 7/29/23 and were having a good time until my sunglasses were stolen out of one of the cubbies on the BatWing ride. I had held my sunglasses on most of the other rides but since this one seemed a little more intense I decided to use the cubbies provided by the park to store my sunglasses. The park was not very busy so there was only one train operating at a time and when our ride was done the same people were waiting at the platform as when we left. However, when I looked to the cubby where my sunglasses were when the ride left they were now gone. I am 99% sure an employee stole them since they were the only ones who had access to that side of the platform unless someone from the line magically jumped across without the 7 employees seeing them. Also when I asked some of the workers on the platform if they had seen them the 3 male workers giggled and then miraculously changed shifts with someone else and left the area quickly. When I spoke to other workers on the platform about it they had me fill out a lost and found form. I explained that I did not lose them and that they were stolen, but I filled it out anyway. I asked for a supervisor and I asked her to have them check the cameras since there is one on each of the posts of the platform and 1 was definitely facing the area where the cubbies are located. She called and they supposedly told her that they could not see us on camera. I said that is a lie they didn't even look because there's no way the cameras did not pick us up. She then called back and told me ok yes, your glasses were taken by another guest and security is going to locate the person and meet you up front at the security office. So, the supervisor started walking us up toward the front of the park, and I asked her again to clarify that they had retrieved my glasses and she said "oh yeah, they will have them up front." I thought that was strangely quick but I was optimistic. She walked me about half way to the front and then passed me off to a security guard who then told me he could only walk me to the fountain then would point me in the direction I needed to go. We made it to the fountain and then he said ok its just outside the gate on your right. When I got to the security/lost and found office and knocked on the door the lady opened it and had no clue what I was talking about. At this point I am starting to lose my patience because not only were my $200 Oakley sunglasses stolen, but now I was being lied to by employees who are supposed to be helping me. She also directed me to fill out the lost and found form online. I told her that I had already done this but they were not lost they were stolen. There is a big difference. I told her what the employees inside did and how they had lied to me and she said they do that sometimes just to get people out of their hair. She then called the security director who came and talked to me. She then went off in a truck to look at the cameras. She came back and said that a guest took my sunglasses but they would have to retrace his steps and they would get them back. She asked if I wanted to wait or if they could just mail them to me and I said they could just mail them to me since I was already an hour and a half behind the time I wanted to leave and I had a four hour drive. She took a picture of my lost and found incident report number and said someone would be in touch. Nobody has called me and I got an email saying they were still not "found" today. I am tired of the runaround and have not been able to talk to a person since I left. I called and left a message, yesterday 7/30/23 with an employee and she said a supervisor would call me back still nothing! Don't spend your money at this park if they are going to treat people this way! read more

I visited the park 3 times. It was generally not very clean. The staff was pretty medium. By that I mean not particularly pleasant, professional, or prompt with service. Overall, it's six flags. I didn't expect much. The one star review is about canceling your membership/account. Every other part of their website loads quickly. When you try to CANCEL your membership, it is a NIGHTMARE! The pages take FOREVER to load. They say the process is quick and automated. They try to give you offer after offer to retain you. It's an inescapable GARBAGE process that should be criminal. You try to cancel and they give you a special offer, you say no, then they give another special offer, you say no, then the final cancellation button does nothing, the page will not load. read more

We took family to Six Flags on a Saturday in October a lot of the rides were closed along with some of the restaurants. It was extremely crowded which meant long waits for rides and food. We took a 4 year old and they closed the kiddy rides at 5pm so she missed her good time at the park. We ordered food on the Six Flag's mobile app to save time. However, the app went down so the kitchen had no idea what we ordered and had to wait an hour to get our food prepared. We took some out of towners who had never been there and they were appalled at the way the park was run. The trams were not able to run because patrons had illegally parked so people who had physical problems that couldn't walk that far were out of luck. Our family usually goes to Six Flags each year and this is the worst experience we have ever had. It was a total waste of a lot of money!! read more

The staff are extremely rude, young and are very unprofessional. I don't understand how they can expect safety out of children operating rides with people on them. I'm sure the employees operating the roller coasters are under 19 years old. The place is dirty, needs some TLC everywhere. The Johnny Rockets is sooooooo disgusting that I wouldn't even get a napkin out of there. The bathrooms are dirty, there's no upkeep. This place needs to be renovated badly. About a 3.5: There are many locations of Six Flags across the US, as well as one in Canada and one in Mexico. I haven't been to this one before, as the hubsters and I usually have the season pass to Busch Gardens. However, while checking out the Taste PG festival, we were able to check out some of the coasters. The parking itself costs $20, and all lots are pretty much easily accessible to the entrance/exit to the park. There's also a water park, the Hurricane Harbor, for those who are interested in water rides. We tried out Mind Eraser (quite rickety and definitely gives you a headache), Roar (love wooden coasters; this one was fast!), The Joker's Jinx (a great speedy one!), Superman: Ride of Steel (this one was our favorite), and Batwing (kind of nerve-wracking, as you start off by lying down, so you can't really see where you're going and when you're going to drop!). Luckily, when we were there, the weather was a little cloudy and rainy, so lines were definitely short and the park itself was kind of bare - no complaints! The only thing is, the coasters seem to have to reset often, and some were often down temporarily. I even got to run into Elmer Fudd (gave him a belly rub), Foghorn Leghorn (also gave him a belly rub), Flash (did NOT give him a belly rub, as that would be...weird; but he was nice!) and had a chance to see Leghorn/Taz/Bugs Bunny doing a little dance at 'The Looney Tunes Talent Show' (some twerking was observed). Many dining options were on-site, such as burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, pizza, pasta, Panda Express, fried chicken and waffles, veggie/healthier options, and ice cream/funnel cake spots. I loved how most of the staff were into giving high-5s to everyone after a ride, so that was cool. The last time I went to this Six Flags was 7/4/2017.....Exactly 4 years later on 7/4/21 I came back to the park to see the fireworks.This time the website boasted about a a V.I.P fireworks package where you could enjoy the park's fireworks display in a secluded picnic area of the park that comes with a few perks (I'll get to that later).This was the most crowded that I've ever seen the park...and I've been coming to this place for about 20 something years.I've been to two other 4th of July displays here at the park and this was ridiculous.I guess because tickets are 29.99 (before tax) so it's a better bargin. They had to have police escort traffic.Traffic to get in the park was backed up for at least a mile.Once inside of the park,parking was also another atrocious nightmare.I had purchased a parking pass but no one even bothered to look at it,so that was 20 or so dollars down the drain.There was a looooooong line to be "checked" by security.One when you were in the parking lot and another line when you got up to the entrance.THEN FINALLY when I got into the park it was crowded.To crowded to enjoy anything really.Long lines for the rides that WERE open and some of the big ones like the Joker Jinx,Harley Quinn,Superman ect were closed and a few other flat rides were closed as well.The lines to get food was disorganized so I didn't even bother.The only place that didn't have a long line was the food place in the western themed portion of the park but even then that was a wait.I was only able to get on one ride before it was time for me to walk over to the Oak Pavillion. This was probably the only good thing about my 4th of July adventure which is why it's getting 2 stars instead of one.I showed my mobile ticket and they gave us these bags which included a special cup,a Superman Popcorn bucket,a blanket to lay out on,and before hand I got light up glasses from the young man.Once there they had popcorn and popsicles available.This was the only place that had a working ice machine...probably because you had to pay extra for it....And the beverages didn't taste like they were mixed with swamp water.The firewroks were nice...but when we went to join the general park population again it was a crowded mess. Leaving was also just as atrocious as getting in.I may come back to try some of the rides that I've missed but I don't think I'll come back here on a Holiday... read more

During early afternoon the rides are working but mostly one train running at a time so its a slow process. I'd rather deal with that instead of mid-afternoon when everything is shut down or delayed. It never fails, it kills the entire vibe of the park experience and makes me unhappy every time the family wants to go here. Being a philly girl I'm more than familiar with Six Flags GREAT ADVENTURE and I was curious to try different locations. This park has poor staffing with clearly inadequate training. There are major health and safety issues. Here is part of a letter I sent to them after our recent visit. So far they have apologized but not responded to my request that they refund us for the season tickets we won't be using. 1.) On both days a significant number of the rides were unavailable. I know that some rides may be closed on some days but in the case of our visit there were several rides that never opened and others that seems to open and close at random times so that we often walked to a ride that the app told us was open only to find it closed. We wasted a lot of our day that way. 2.) We were surprised to find that one ride (the go kart ride) costs an additional $12 just for a few minutes of riding. There was no information about an additional cost and given that at the time several of the rides that were supposed to be open were closed it seemed really off to charge for one random ride. The joy of a place like Six Flags is supposed to be that you don't pay per ride. My daughter was disappointed. 3.) Our son has food allergies. Getting information about ingredients from the servers at your food stands took an enormous amount of time. Several of them seemed to have no idea how to even find the information or answer our questions. At many parks there are binders with allergen information for the food offered at each location. That would make a huge difference for families like our's. 4.) Overall the staff seemed off. The person running the carousel was nodding off during the ride and could barely communicate with us. The ride had to be malfunctioning because it barely moved, went around maybe twice and then stopped. Another person we bought tickets for the go karts from was non responsive when we asked him questions, seemed to have no information, could not answer basic questions. At one point a line was forming to buy lunch and five or six staff were goofing off dancing and talking to one another inside while the one woman at the register was trying to managing a long line and many orders and frustrated guests. She kept trying to get their attention and they'd run off, laughing. 5.) The water park was no better. An entire area was shut down so while there were tons of thrill rides and baby/ pre-school aged attractions the middle level slides that would have appealed to us were unavailable the entire day. 6.) The restrooms and changing rooms were absolutely disgusting. More than one stall had overflowing, stopped up toilets, filled with toilet paper and feces. These were not new issues, but things that had been sitting around for some time. One stall had a used sanitary napkin left face up stuck to the wall, it was so gross we walked half way across the park to avoid using those restrooms. This was not confined to the restrooms either, there was one food service area that smelled of vomit, as if someone had been sick while in line and it had never been cleaned up properly. 7.) Yesterday in the water park there was a group of about eight boys (probably around age 15) whose behavior was outrageous. They made one life guard cry. They ignored safety rules and kept going down a water slide that requires a raft without a rafts and all at once so eight people were sliding down together, which looked unsafe. I watched one life guard ask them to stop repeatedly, they ignored him. Eventually security came and spoke to them but did nothing. The boys lied to them while the life guard tried to explain they'd been doing this all day long but the security guards didn't do much. At this point I approached security and asked what it takes to get thrown out of the park, explained that I didn't need my 12 year old watching behavior like that all day and I would never have allowed my 18 year old to act that way. I think eventually they may have been removed from the park but by then it was almost closing time. You need older more experienced security guards who will actually back up your life guards and you need to hold guests to the standards written all over the park. 8.) There were so many school groups and kids were so poorly supervised that we regularly heard words like "Bitch" as well as actual curse words yelled between people in the park. It was not a family atmosphere at all, and some of what we witnessed happened on a day that was supposed to be a low sensory day. Disappointing and filthy!!! Park is ran down, understaffed, restaurants are disgusting, prices for food is outrageous (way more than Disney). Parking lot is filled with trash, alcohol bottles, there is no direction or safety for pedestrian walking. People are walking through the cars pulling in to pay to enter park. Trash cans throughout park are full and stink! Along the side lines of the park you can find parts to rides. I honestly have to question the safety of the rides based on the overall visual condition of the park. I have been to 3 other Six Flags and none of them have been ran down like this location. If you get there before noon the lines are pretty short. I really enjoyed the water park! The park is pretty small so it's easy to manuver around. I just wish they had more maps around like at the mall standing up in stands. What I didn't like is that I bought a cherry coke (which is hard to find in the park) and they wouldn't give me a top or straw for the soda.WTF?! I was told it's park policy. The funnel cake was narrow and dry, quite the disappointment. It's supposed to be fluffy like a donut if that makes any sense. Instead of fresh strawberries they used nasty strawberry pie filling out of a can. All for the overprice of $10. In the ladies locker room/bathroom by the water park there were NO mirrors! You can rent a locker there for the day for $11-17 depending on the size. You can open and close it as many times as you like. They take all forms of payment for it except discover card. They charge $15 for Parking, another wtf? Stop penny pinching us. $25 to park closer to the entrance. I've been here three or four times, but I've never paid for entrance because it's always been for corporate days. In some cases, this means significantly shorter lines, in other cases (like with my current company) this means lines that are almost as excessive as typical park days. The awesome: - The Batwing: My all-time favorite ride at this park. Ever dreamed of flying? Now you can. This thing turns you over and lets you soar through the air like the Caped Crusader himself. R0x0rz! - The Superman: This thing will make your stomach rise into your throat, but it's totally worth it. My advice is to ride it first. Over the course of the day, if you ride other rides that are in the Gotham City neighborhood, you'll have lots of opportunities to look up at this monstrosity, and you will get more and more nervous about it. Bite the bullet and just get on. And get off. - Two-Face: This one gives me an adrenaline rush. It's the weirdness of falling and doing flips through the air backwards and not being able to see where I'm going or what's coming up. Funtastic. The ugly: - The staff: Maybe it's because it's getting into the off-season, but there were a lot of blank faces throughout the park. - The maintenance: Probably the most disconcerting thing is when rides get mysteriously shut down with no explanation as to what's wrong with them. After they send a few empty cars through the ride, they let people back on. Did they change anything? Who knows? Then there are the rides where the cars get stuck partway through the ride. I've seen some cars stuck on the first incline up the Superman. How much not-fun would THAT be? Yeah. Shaderiffic. I've always enjoyed myself at this park. I have to say that Six Flags America has definitely improved this past season. I visited the park somewhere near 30 times this year. The operations (ride dispatch times) are still a bit slow, but there were more good experiences than bad with the employees! The food from Chop Six and the Saloon is great! I would definitely recommend those restaurants if you are planning on dining in the park. If crowds are especially bad, Chop Six is among the fastest food lines in the park. The park special events are always fun! Forth of July, Fright Fest, and Holiday in the Park are all great! Be aware, as it gets closer to each holiday the themed events are for the crowds get much thicker! Also, as of this past season the single Coke Freestyle Machine had been removed. I hope to see the Freestyle come back, as there are no longer any places to get Mello Yello in the park. read more

This park had been off my radar since I had not heard good things about it. We attended an event in the water park. Going early makes a difference. You have a choice of chairs and the crowds aren't overwhelming if you are at Hurricane Harbor when it opens (Gold card members get in first). I was injured so I didn't get on rides. I was the "bag keeper." My family had a blast on all the scary roller coasters. You can't pay me to hang upside down, even on a good day. I walked around the lazy river with a raft. I enjoyed the coolness of the water and multiple conversations with other guests as we went by them. The lifeguards were completely focused on watching everyone. The wave pool is a perfect way to cool off without actually trying to swim. Kudos to DJ Sammy Badilla, who was amazing with facilitating games and being hilarious to listen to. Even when he didn't have an audience, he performed as if he had a full house. Six Flags, give that man a raise. We left the wave pool area around 2pm, just as the huge masses started to arrive. I appreciated seeing security guards who had an active presence in the pool area and throughout the park. I felt the most empathy for the employees dressed up as animals in 90+ degree weather. I hope they are compensated for their efforts. Some of the costumers are outdated and lame but Daffy Duck still has it going on. Parking is pricy at $20 a pop. King's Dominion & Disney World charge $15. We researched other transportation to Six Flags. The Largo metro is 5 miles away. Waiting for a bus after being exhausted at the end of the day doesn't work for me. The food prices are the same as most theme parks, overpriced. The refillable cup is just under $17. You can get free refills all day long (King's Dominion charges $9.99 if you buy the cup at the entrance). Season ticket holders can purchase a $20 cup that is refillable the entire season. I asked an employee what the policy was on breaking a season ticket holder cup since it isn't exactly sturdy. He said that if you returned a broken cup, the park replaced it the first time and after that you had to purchase another one. Gotham City has fun activities and a theater. We attended a concert that was off the charts. That made up for feeling ripped off for parking. The guards at the concert were really considerate of my injuries and accommodated me and my family. Kindness matters. I was overcharged for a cape I purchased in the gift shop. It took several calls and face book messages but I was finally able to connect with a human. If you call the number listed on the web site, you will usually get a recording. If you decide to visit the park, Discover Card holders (and their peeps) have their own line. Best ride -- Superman by far, and then Batwing in my opinion Now the bad rating goes to.. service, or lack there of. 1) Johnny Rockets - it will take you 30+ minutes to get your food here, I'm sorry but they are truly incompetent. You wait in line for 20+ minutes to order your food, then you move down the line.. when you get to the people serving the food THEN they give the order to the cook. How does that make sense? Why doesn't the cook get the order when WE order, then the food would be ready by the time we pay..? And also the girls working there weren't taking their jobs seriously, laughing joking, while the whole line was pissed off. Seriously need new management. 2) Superman Ride - operator Jemeah.. something like that I couldn't read her name tag is SO slow. We rode this ride 3 times in a row, and when we had a different operator it was noticeable. When she operated the ride, she was so terribly slow. And she would tell people NOT to pull down on the yellow lap bar.. which slows down the process. I saw a supervisor ask her why she's saying that and she said " because sometimes people forget to put on they seatbelt"... anyway, it was stupid. 3) Superman Virtual reality - luckily we already rode this in New England, because this Six Flags does NOT have their shit together. We waited in line for well over an hour, only to find out that the ride was down and VR wasn't working. I felt so bad for everyone else that waited in line.
