Broken down rides waste of money
    Chris L.

What a wasted trip. Maybe update your damned app. Most of the day half the roller coasters broken and the one non red meat option, savory crepes no longer serves savory crepes and they were not serving any crepes because their hood was broken. Fitting for something in Vallejo

Bought the annual pass to take my five year old. I'm not a fan of theme parks and I don't do rides. It's just not my thing. But my kid loves this place I so we've gone a couple times already. She loves the looney tune rides and the aquatic shows. The park could use a bit of TLC. The kid rides are a bit old and raggedy looking and Every time I've gone half the food spots are closed. But nevertheless I will continue to take my kid here. It makes her happy and we always leave with a smile.

This Monday started with disorganization. Parking was a mess as two long lines formed all the way to the fencing of Batman The Ride mercifully became three queues by the parking booth area. Compared to other large occupancy venues (concerts and theme parks included) this was certainly one of the slowest. The undergoing construction certainly didnt help and I do hope this improves the parking debacle. C'mon it's not like were paying $30 to park and then hike a shadeless half miler spiced up by the searing summer sun. OK enough for the parking. With the ads bombarding allover, it's hard to miss the featured & updated DC rides. Years ago when this family had season passes, our favorites were the V2: Vertical Velocity ride (renamed Flash) and Roar (renamed Joker) which has been sadly updated into a hybrid wooden/steel rollercoaster as opposed to the classic wooden ride. The newer rides Superman & Batman 4D certainly electrified this thrill seeking family. The older rides ie the Medusa and Kong coasters were not a long wait which was certainly a pleasant surprise. We got the all you can drink souvenir mugs which was perfect for icy drinks on this hot summer's day. We opted for the Corn Dog and upgraded Chili Cheese Fries as recommended by previous reviews. VERY important tip. Cellphones should be in secured/zippered pockets as mine fell off the shaky Batman ride. Good thing it fell screen up and survived long fall.

I really liked this park. The only downside is the number of people, but with a premium pass everything is much better :)

The lines were extremely long (an hour plus) because most rides were down. I want to say only a handful of rides were up and running.

Is there RV parking and if so, what is the charge?

Yes there is rv and bus parking, and I believe it's $25 for General parking. I don't remember seeing a separate price.

What pool -- it's always chained up, although I do see them open it for select people at times. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of the select tenants. They ignore requests -- including requests regarding harassment and threats. They ignore ongoing and serious safety issues that were never addressed, including mailboxes being repeatedly broken into and mail being stolen. Vehicles are frequently broken into and stolen as well; my own car was stolen while I was living here. They also ignore major safety hazards, such as large cinder blocks obstructing walkways and creating serious safety risks. They ignore basic maintenance requests, like faulty gate key replacements. They don't return voicemails... or maybe just certain residents' voicemails. CID/HOA acts disgustingly discriminatory and blatantly shows preference to tenants the onsite maintenance man is friendly with. If they don't like you, they will find absolutely any reason -- and make up reasons -- to fine you. In my case, for example, I had and still have video proof of my downstairs neighbor calling me a "wetback Mexican b***." She said she didn't like that I had more than one child and didn't want us to walk around upstairs. She told me she was a correctional officer for 25 years and knows how to deal with "my kind of people." She demanded that we not walk or move around during the day because she's retired and stays up late, so she sleeps during the day. She banged on the ceiling in the middle of the night for over a year to purposely wake me. Because she's friendly with the HOA/CID management, they then began to also discriminate against me and started fining my landlord $250-$500 a month for all types of random things. I tried to provide them video evidence of this racist neighbor admitting on video that she knows we're quiet, but she doesn't like me because she knows how "my people" are and is going to make sure I get evicted. On that same video, she says that CID/HOA is aware but they are going to take her side -- and they did. It's been fine after fine for lie after lie. At a board meeting, they even demanded that my landlord evict me or face a $500 penalty for every month I remain living here. I left voicemails for them over the course of a year advising them of the racial slurs and that I have video proof -- never got a call back. My landlord tried to bring it up at the board hearing, but they muted him and disconnected him from the Zoom call, and what do you know -- fined him another $500 for "not attending." A tree fell on both my car and my neighbor's car. CID management provided insurance information for damages to my neighbor's vehicle, but they ignored all of my requests. We both rent. There is no legitimate reason my neighbor should have received insurance information while I received nothing. This is another clear example of unfair and discriminatory treatment. CID is very unprofessional, very discriminatory, and absolutely ridiculous. I have retained legal counsel for these issues and for an injury I sustained as a result of their failure to properly maintain the grounds. I underwent surgery and may now have permanent loss of function in my hand. This place has been an absolute nightmare. It's depressing, honestly. I will be moving soon, but I would not recommend living here -- especially if you are Hispanic. I truly believe they do not like us, and that is heartbreaking. I was born and raised here in Vallejo. I am not an immigrant, but this treatment is wrong regardless of citizenship status. Vallejo has always been my home, and what I've loved most about it is its diversity -- yet this complex is full of hate from both residents and CID/HOA. I am shocked and disgusted. It is NOT OK to have to endure racial slurs, constant harassment, and discrimination for over a year -- from another tenant and from the management company itself. Shame on them.

Rather than call, we live close to this office so we decided to go in person. The security guard was super nice and friendly asking us what we came in to do and if we had an appointment. We did not, so we had to take a number and wait about 20 minutes or so. He was so kind and helpful to all, greeting them ad they walked in, and saying "ok have a great day" as they walked out. The lady that we saw was patient snd explained everything to us. We were only supposed to get one set of pages 1-14 and she entered all the answers into the system that we had already done, and as for what we needed clarification on, she was very helpful and cleared it up. 5 stars for her! She said we should expect to see another set of pages come in the next couple of weeks and if we had more questions to come and see her! A lot of it was repetitive, we had no problem filling it out, but my husband did go in person to turn it in rather than put it in the mail. ( This was right during the primary voting so we didn't want it to be delayed). This is a very long review , but I hope it encourages someone to go in, and get help or clarification on SS paperwork.
