My nightmare experience with Magic Mountain and their Season Passes Where do I begin.... Let's go back to December 2013... and I saw a special that if you buy 4 or more passes you get upgraded to Gold. I was excited by this promotion, but I wanted to give the tickets to my kids for their birthdays in Feb and March. I called MM and inquired that if I purchased the passes in December, that I could hold on to them and give them to the kids on their b-days. They said yes, so I purchased 3 passes for my family and 2 for another family. Now fast forward to February when I gave my son his paper pass. I dropped him off with a bunch of his friends and told him to go get his pass processed. To my surprise...he waits in line for over an hour and is told that he had to have his pass processed in December to have been given the free and upgrade to Gold. So, I get in my car with the other paper passes in hand and go to the processing center. I am told I have to wait in line AGAIN. Another hour goes by and I get up front and ask to speak to a manager. I am directed to a red haired young fellow who tells me that I have to pay $20 for every pass to be upgraded because I did not process it by the December deadline. I calmly explain how I had called and how I gave it to my children for their B-days. He told me that I was lying and that there was no way to prove that I called. I asked to speak to his manager and I was told that he was in charge of it ALL. By this time the kids have been standing around for 2 hours. I was done and paid the $60 (2 had already been processed) for them all to be upgraded. I left really annoyed. Fast forward to March. I gave my daughter her pass for her b-day along with the $20 receipt and said happy b-day and go get your pass processed. She waits in line for an hour and is then told to go to guest relations because they are having a hard time processing it. She goes to Guest Relations and they give her a gold pass. Yay! Fast forward to today. We all come to HH for the day. I enter the parking kiosk and give him my gold pass...."I'm sorry but you do not have parking on this"....so, I give him my son's pass and then my daughter's pass....with the same story..."I'm sorry, you do not have parking in these." I am told to go to the annual pass line to fix it. I'm upset, but I pay for parking. I then enter the Annual Pass line and wait for an hour to be helped. After 20 minutes of the lady typing in numbers I am told to go to guest relations in Hurricane Harbor. I go to guest relations and see that I am #9 in line with one person helping the other guests. Another hour had passed. I'm really annoyed and I call the guest relation number as I am waiting in line. I am on hold for 10 minutes and I am prompted to leave a message and someone WILL CALL ME BACK! That was 9 hours ago. No callback yet. But I did get my turn in line and it took her 5 minutes to fix. Yay! No apology for their mistake and yes, it was their mistake. Now I'm hungry so I walk by the restaurant and order a turkey flatbread sandwich...15 minutes and finally I get my sandwich. THAT'S MY EXPERIENCE! Just feeling annoyed and what was supposed to be a fantastic day! I'm a local Season Pass holder so I come to Magic Mountain a lot, and always hit up a Fright Fest at least once. I was annoyed a few years back when Magic Mountain started charging an additional $10 or so for wristbands to enter the mazes (at least they don't charge an entire separate admission like Universal & Knotts do), but now I can see that they have actually been using that money for bigger budgets for the following year's festivities, as the Fright Fests have been getting progressively better each year. This year, there are far more scare zones and more eerie lighting effects. The coolest scare zone areas were DC (over by Batman), the Zombie area over by where the log ride entrance used to be, the black light area up between Viper & Roaring Rapids, and they were playing heavy metal music in the scare zone by the park entrance so that area gets cool points from me just for that. I have actually worked as a ghoul at a couple of Fright Fests, so I probably have a different perspective than most guests. I usually spend my time critiquing the scare techniques of the ghouls and admiring the work of the makeup geniuses (having endured long hours in the makeup trailer myself). I appreciate that the majority of these ghouls are wearing makeup and glued-on prosthetics, and not just rubber masks like you will see at the other amusement parks. I can also let you in on an insider secret - if you want to attract ghouls, act scared. Scream. Run. Cower behind your friends. If you have some screaming 12 year old girls to bring with you, you will have no problem getting monsters to single your group out. However, if you don't want the monster attention but your friends have dragged you there under protest, this year you have the option of buying "ghoul wand" glow sticks for $5, if you wave one in front of yourself the ghouls will leave you alone. But if you don't have one... you are fair game. As for the mazes, I really liked the Weepy Hills Insanetorium, The Aftermath, and Willoughby's. We didn't do all of the mazes as we also like to ride rollercoasters and, even though the park was open until 1 am, we pooped out around midnight. We went on Friday, Oct. 18, 2013 and it wasn't at all crowded... maybe 30 minutes for some of the mazes and 45 minutes for the popular rides like Tatsu & Full Throttle. As a general rule, Fridays are less crowded than Saturdays & Sundays and the later in the season that you go, the more crowded it will be. Speaking of rollercoasters, I also enjoy the darkened rides and, of course, backwards Colossus. I have probably ridden Colossus literally 1,000 times in my life, but backwards is a totally different experience. I do wish that they had interactive "haunted" rides like at Knotts. I think it would be very cool if they decked out the Gold Rusher and Jet Stream and put some ghouls in the woods to scare ride-goers. Who knows what next year will bring? If the past is any indication, next year's will be better than this year's... and I thought that this year's was pretty darn good. read more

Convenient and that's about it. I gave three stars because you don't have to fly all the way out to Cali or Orlando to experience the real deal for Halloween which is "Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights" which puts Six Flags Fright Fest to absolute shame. I could walk thru every single maze or haunted house in Six Flags with my 80 year old Uncle Vincenzo without batting an eye. But if I was was even 2 feet from entering a haunted house at Universal Studios during Halloween, I would need my fiance right beside me or a serious box of laxatives if I had to go in alone. I should preface this review by mentioning my intention was not to attend fright fest, but we were there well into the night so inevitably we got caught up in it. It was my first time experiencing it so I don't really have much basis to go on. It seems like certain areas of the park are "scare zones" and you can encounter women dragging shovels to men chasing you around with a chainsaw. Not really my idea of a good time honestly, but if you're into that sort of thing, the decorations and costumes were on point. We passed several attractions which to me seemed extremely overpriced ($30 to go through a maze? no thanks) Needless to say we did not participate in any of the "Fright Fest attractions", but I did notice lines for some of them. I'm an old lady now so the idea of being surrounded by screaming children (why aren't they home) and teens thinking they're cool because they're out after dark was just not a recipe for a good time. read more

went with my girlfeind and we had a great time. we went on friday, the last weekend of the event. we have season passes and we go all the time so we weren't too worried about getting on rides except for colossus cuz its backwards! we had a lot of fun in all the mazes. my girl is a big screamer and gets scared easy so we were easy prey. i don't think we waited longer than 30 mins for any maze. they toys maze was awesome, especially the tunnel. we had fun in total darkness, i was the leader. the little maze in the tidal wave queue was pretty cool. short but cool. the guy dressed up as a bush at the end got me good. aftermath was awesome. the sets look great! one zombie in there was hell bent on getting me and sure enough he did... next we went up the hill to the other 2 mazes up there. the spider one was alright but the willibys was awesome and by far the best one. the sets were amazing and the whole theme was well carried out throughout the maze. great actors too. last was the chupacabra maze by viper. the scare zone walking over from tatsu to the chupacabra maze was awesome! felt like we were in another world! what part of magic mountain is that! so we did all the mazes and got on a few rides all in one night! not bad at all. colossus was awesome! sitting way in the back was the best! apocalypse was also really awesome in the dark. i recommend it! read more

Disappointing :(... I love Halloween, horror movies, and haunted houses. I've been to haunted houses all throughout Pennsylvania: Bates Motel, field of screams, fright land, etc. I was really hoping for the best. This was my first time to Six Flags Fright Fest. I went the opening Saturday night. it was PACKED. I understand it's a popular event but they really, at some point, should put some kind of limit on the amount of people allowed in. It was like being at a Walmart on Black Friday. People running, lines EVERYWHERE. Disgusting bathrooms. Like I'm talking lines for the bathroom, lines for the food, lines for buying fast passes, lines to wait in line. So I know what you're thinking, well I'll just buy the express fast pass for all the mazes. Right? Well I did that. And so did just about EVERYONE else... I have a membership so I bought the express maze season pass holder thing. The lines are still like 30 minutes each. Forget riding any roller coasters either. Those lines are about an hour too. And you know what, the haunted mazes, weren't even scary. Before you go In they make this big deal out of how it's not real and don't be scared and if the actors are "too scary" let them know "omg I'm scared let me out" like come on really, you just took all the scare out of it. I paid all this money to be scared, thanks dude. So now I have a season pass I paid a huge amount of money for haunted mazes that aren't scary, a place that is so crowded you can barely move, and "express" passes that move at the pace of a normal line. Oh and there's horrible organization too. Some of the lines don't even have signs for the haunted mazes. There was barely anybody checking our passes. There were no signs to let people know which was the express and which one wasn't. do yourself a favor, DONT go to Six Flags Fright Fest. Go to a normal haunted hayride where they actually care about scaring you and it's not some PC line before each maze "don't worry the actors won't touch you if you don't touch them" bs. read more

Since Magic Mtn is closer to us than Knott's we decided to give it a try for Fright Fest (usually we go to Knott's Scary Farm). As far as the "Fright" part, meh. We went early to hit the rides first but of course there were long lines so we only got on 3 rides before night fall. Once Fright Fest started at 7 we went through the first maze. It was called "Cursed", it was awful. It took about 30 seconds to walk through (waited 15 minutes in line) and it was lame. The second maze we found was called Slaughter House. That line was at least 30 minutes. The maze was longer this time but also lame, it felt empty, like they don't have enough people working inside the mazes. After those disappointing mazes we decided to spend the rest of our time on the rides which we know are awesome. Bottom line, in my opinion, if you want the real Halloween feeling go to Knott's Scary Farm. Yes, there are obnoxious teenagers but those are everywhere. Knott's is MUCH better for Halloween (haven't tried Universal yet though) If you want awesome rides and roller coasters, then go to Magic Mtn. Just remember, there are tons of kids & teenagers and most of them are obnoxious but, the rides make it worth it. I wouldn't go again during Halloween but I will be going for years to come to ride those fun coasters! read more

This was my first time at fear feast, would not go again. I was completely ripped off, along with my friend. We paid at least $200 dollars each. We arrived 11:30am, and only went on a total of 4 rides due to the waiting time! At 6pm the fear feast started and the waiting time was at least 30 minutes for the maze attraction tickets. One haunted attraction we waited an hour and 20 minutes to walk through a 1 minute scene with mirrors. The actors didn't even scare us when walking through. Also there were not a lot of actors walking around park heckling people, like they advertised. Overall I wouldn't recommend going, wish I saved my money. Extremely overrated. read more

This review is only for Fright Fest. How can they charge a separate fee for the mazes? They have been doing it for years but it gets more expensive every year. So me and my bf have season passes to six flags we come all the time and spend quite a bit of money here so you can imagine my shock and disbelief when they won't refund our money or do anything for us when one of the scare actors in the 3d maze kept touching me and followed me out of the maze and continued to touch me. If you know anything about these mazes you can't touch the actors and they can't touch you yet this scare actor would not stop touching me even when my bf asked him to stop touching me. We filed a formal complaint with customer service and I use the term very loosely since they offered no refund or any sort of compensation. It was very uncomfortable and creepy to have a man at least three times my size a stranger touching me super inappropriate. read more

Very long lines for most mazes, but thats because there were a lot of new great mazes and this was the last day of FrightFest. The new Willoughbees mansion (sp?) wasn't as good as the old one was in my opinion. They did get a good scare in the beginning though. Joksters was good as always. The walk around ghouls have gotten better scarier, but there is a lot of return talent. You know its good when people return every year to scare. They bring experience as opposed to the usual high school students and other young ones. I enjoyed my visit. It is worth the $10 (with season pass) or $13 (without) just to see the mazes. If you dont have the extra money, you can always enjoy their new Drop of Doom ride or the other fun attractions like colossus backwards. read more

I attended fright fest for the first time 10/4/14. I have been to all the other major attraction parks for their Halloween events (Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts), but wanted to finally try Magic Mountain this year. However, I was disappointed! There were only parts of the park decorated for Halloween. I hardly seen any employees dressed up as monsters. This place has so much potential, but I felt like only half the effort was put into this event. The mazes were not scary what so ever and super short. I will most likely not attend Fright Fest again. read more

They mislead you with the 'Freight Fest' tickets, there are 5 haunted attractions but the freight fest ticket doesn't get you access to any of them. It doesn't make sense to me, and I didn't see any info online explaining that- probably intentionally. Because of this I felt scammed when I had to pay an additional $30 per person to actually do the haunted stuff that I went there for. The attractions were okay, we still had a good time, the actors were good but none of our group really got scared. Overall, it was a fun time but I wouldn't do it again because of the way they mislead you and the haunted attractions were expensive for what they were. read more

I went Friday 10/17/2015. I go here every year because I am a loyal Six Flags Customer and its my 4th year in a row coming to Fright Fest for halloween and this year so far was the most disappointment. I felt like the actors were understaffed as I was just walking throughout the mazes without them scaring me. The only cool maze for me was Toyz 3D. I only come here because I have a season pass so I would not recommend coming here if your buying a single admission. Go to Horror Nights or Knotts Scary Farm instead. read more

This is my first review.. I came to fright fest with the highest expectations imaginable... The first let down happened when we were told by an annoying British lady over a speaker that zombies would come out at 6.. 200 zombies we were told. We didn't see anything until 7 o'clock. Next was Houdini... we got into the haunted Houdini house thinking it would be scary, however nothing really happened.. the only thing that happened was an lsd simulation at the end. Next we're the zombies we had been promised. None of them were scary and they all did the same generic stuff in scarce numbers. We decided to go to the wicked forest which wasn't wicked at all. There were barely any scary things at all. I was more scared of the pedestrians that were loud and obnoxious. After this we tried to find the lady of the lake which wasn't actually a thing. It was marked on the map as a location but there wasn't anything but a lake with no one there. We decided to go to some of the other scary stuff which required more payments of around 35$ after having paid 82$ to get into the park. Little money hungry you might ask? You'd be right. We were so bored by then we decided to wait 30 minutes for a Ferris wheel ride which was honestly better than any of the other dull boring stuff going on. This was the most depressing Ferris wheel ride I had ever been on. We just contemplated how terribly wrong everything was going. We were so bored that we just went to our group bus early and talked about how terrible this event was. I recommend avoiding this fright fest at all costs. I have a season pass, so to go in the Fright Fest mazes was just $10. Not bad since you can go all day for the park and after 7pm, the mazes open, ghouls are running around scaring people and lots of rides run with the lights off. A super plus is that Colossus rides backwards! That was pretty crazy! All rides are big thrill rides which is why I favor Magic over Knotts and Disneyland in that department. However, as for the mazes themselves...Knott's Scary Farm and Universal Studios Fright Night are way better! I went on a Saturday and some lines were about an hour long. I highly recommend the Fast Pass since you'll go to the very front of the line. At Knott's or Universal you have but maybe 10 to 15 minute wait time. And no need for a Fast Pass. The mazes themselves were a bit mediocre. They just made them real dark, with fog machines and you have ghouls jumping out of every where. That's cool and all but the mazes were so blend. No creativity. I didn't see many props up where people are cutting body parts up, mummies, zombies hanging or any real theme. There was fire torches used on Aftermath but not effectively. Torches would light up randomly but with no real purpose. Perhaps a fake person being about to be fried or burned alive would be cool. At Knott's or Universal, every maze has it's on twisted maze theme with many props and obstacles in your way like the Cornfield, Dia de los Muertos, Aliens, Mind Twisting asylum...just to name a few. I paid $24.95 for the Whiloughby Fright Feast "all you can eat" buffet. And they did have ghouls interacting with the guests scaring people or being funny. That was fun but the you get a small salad bar, tough fried chicken, so so pasta, pizza nothing significant from the rest of the park, apple or pumpkin pie and fountain drinks. It was a bit over priced for the quality of the food. Not sure if I'll do that again. Overall, the prize was ok if you have a season pass. The buffet perhaps priced at 19.99 would be better. The ghouls themselves had really cool make up and did a good job scaring people. I just expected a lot more with the mazes. Which was the main reason why we went to Fright Fest in the first place. read more

Not to impressed with Six Flags Fright Fest. First of all on they way there the police were turning people away starting from the intersection due to overcrowding. Waited in the gas station across the street for an hour and went to six flags. So once we got there it was fine and dandy but couldn't find any scare zones or mazes. Went to one maze and we were told we had to buy wrist bands which were sold separately. We weren't aware it wasn't included with the season passes so that was a BIG disappointment #2. The third thing was it wasn't scary at all. Unlike Universal and Knott's their costumes can be pretty intense but Six Flaggs monsters nothing special. But one good thing was we were able to ride like 5 rides from 10pm to 2am so it all wasn't a waste of a night. Now I know to purchase a maze write band. read more

Pretty disappointing. 2 stars for the fact that we have season passes so the day wasn't a total waste and I did jump scared a few times. We thought we got a great deal on passes because they were on sale for a special lowest price of the year online around Labor Day but come to hear they pretty much offer the same deal year around, even at the park. The season passes are so cheap because everything is so expensive. I know theme park food is always pricey but then they charge you for extra rides, mazes, shows, lockers are outrageous. If you want to skip the lines you would be spending an extra $150 per person for 1 day fast pass. Most people drop $500 a couple just to have a full experience there. Disappointing. The fact that the park is only open 2-3 times a week causes it to be so crowded and that's unavoidable. Many of their problems would be solved if they were open more. Who knows what they do the rest of the week. The park was dirty, all the trashcans were overflowing. Bathroom floors were disgusting, even for a public restroom. EVERYTHING was a line. From the tram to the bathrooms. We arrived around 2pm and stayed until they closed at 1am. We were only able to get on 3 rides and 2 mazes. The rides were 2 hours wait each and the mazes were about an hour. We also waited about 20-30 minutes each time we had to use the restroom or refill our drinks. We had to wait an hour to enter the park/go through security and pick up our passes. Everything was a wait. The park is 2.5 hours from my house so we usually go to Knotts and always had great time and loved the mazes but thought Six Flags would be scarier and more creative due to having the biggest rides and being the "Thrill capital." Wrong. The 2 mazes we saw were lame and predictable. Standing outside in the line waiting you did not hear screams from inside the mazes so you knew it wasn't that scary. Maybe the other mazes were scarier but didn't have time to visit them due to the long lines. I didn't think the maze wristband was worth. Had I heard reviews I would have not wasted my $30 (this is the cheapest pass by the way with season pass discount). Only parts of the park had "scare zones" and there were only like 5 characters in each one. You could see them coming so when they would come up and yell boo or scream in your face it wouldn't get you. Knotts likes to hide them and jump out. That is great. read more

Ok I don't get all the negative reviews. Fright fest was fine. Was I scared? No but nothing scares me it's make believe. I don't expect what these others reviewers expect. I went with my husband and my two kids ages 15 and 12. It was a fun family night out. We did purchase the express maze passes and it was well worth it. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes for mazes. Mazes were fun except the second Willougby maze that was boring, my daughter liked the aftermath maze. We arrived at the park at about 6:45pm and that was perfect the fright fest started at 7pm. My husband and my son have gone to universal horror nights the past three years and said yes universal is better but they still enjoyed fright fest too. I think fright fest is a fun night if you just take it for what it is and enjoy it for what it is and don't take it so seriously. You need to go to get your maze wristbands when you walk into the park you have the option of upgrading to an express wristband anytime during the night if you feel like the lines are too long for you and the lines were long. read more

We (my wife, 12 year old son, 8 year old daughter, 19 year old niece, and 15 year old nephew) went on Saturday October 1, 2016. We got there around 4:00p.m. We go every year to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, Knott's Scary Farm (Scary Farm Pass), Dark Harbor at The Queen Mary and recently The 17th Door (Tustin) and The Savage House (San Diego). This was our first time going to Fright Fest. We have Season Membership Cards to Six Flags and we just paid for the access to the mazes which varies in price from $15-$40 depending on the night you go. The night did not start off well at all because we went to High Octane Wings and since we have a meal plan with our memberships, we can get 2 meals and a snack every visit per person. My son wanted some wings and my daughter an ice cream. In order to get your meals/snacks, you need to give them your membership cards and they scan them. The cashier only returned 1 of my membership cards and we told her that she still had the other one. She claimed that she had given us both and I restated that she had not. We had to go to Guest Relations and tell them that we needed a replacement, but they wanted to charge me $25 for a new card. I told them that I am not going to pay for something that a staff member misplaced. He went on and told me that it is policy that when a membership card/pass is lost then it costs $25. I told him that I did not lose it to begin with. I then proceeded to take out my special wallet for just my annual passes to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Six Flags. I explained to him that I am very organized (using my visual) and that she never returned my card. He asked if I still had my receipt and of course I did. He called High Octane Wings and he came back and told us that he would replace the card for no charge this time. Thank you again for your help with this Matthew in Guest Relations!! The Halloween Event itself was not that well put together. The mazes lacked that magic and energy that I have experienced in other places. They were okay and that is why I gave the overall experience a 2/5. If you are going strictly for mazes and scare zones, this is not the place for it. In fact, at the end of the night we all said that we had a lot of fun, but because we made it fun, not because they were oohing and ahhing us. However, I do say this, just because we as a whole group did not like it more than the other experiences we have been too, does not mean you will not like it. So we went to Six flags Fright fest yesterday 10/28/18 with our 10year old son, or I should say tried to go. We wore our "assholes live forever" sweatshirts, one of which proceeds were donated to green beret foundation and the other to another organization. When we got to the entrance we were yelled at off the bat, before even reaching the front of the line to get our tickets scanned, that they weren't allowed to be worn in the park. My boyfriend very politely said he would flip his around without hesitation and flipped it inside out so you couldn't see the writing . They told us we weren't even allowed to do that while continuing to yell at us they we weren't allowed in with them at all. One even said after we told him we drive two hours to take our son to this park for the first time and we have nothing else to wear can we please flip them inside out and said we could drive back home. They treated us like pieces of shit. We were then escorted to guest services because I said I wanted a refund since we didn't have other coats and just drove 2 hours. They said I could get a refund at guest services and they would cancel my membership. I had just signed up for a platinum membership and was so excited about it and to start coming to six flags more with my son like I loved to do as a child with my parents. The lady at the desk was about to give us the refund but said she would ask someone higher up if we could go in and just turn them around because she understood and was nice and saw how my son was crying. I said we're not little kids who are going to just walk out and turn them back around, we have respect and just wanted our son to have a good day. The person higher up was super condescending and told me I could buy their sweatshirts. I said no I'm not going to give them more money especially when being treated like we were trash and then he told me he wasn't going to give me a refund or cancel my membership I just signed up for. He said I can use the tickets for fright fest another day. Mind you we work, our son has school and we have 16 month old twins who we had to pay to get a babysitter for us to go to six flags already, now there's 3 days left, when would we be able to return? Not that I would want to. He walked away from me while talking to him. After my boyfriend even told him the proceeds went to charities. So disappointed in Six Flags. Needless to say, we left and we never be going back. As for the security guards they should really learn how to speak to people and the manager Rich should really learn how to treat customers and kids, when my son was crying because of this whole situation. My group of friends that stayed ended up having a miserable time and got stuck on superman for 20 minutes. I will be disputing the charges and getting a lawyer involved if I have to because they refused to cancel the membership I never even used once. I got many videos of the situation and how we were treated. They took one look at us and began to yell without even treating us like humans. I have pink hair at the moment (because I took my daughters to a trolls event) and we have tattoos. I felt like trash when we are nice family oriented people who just wanted to make it a day to remember at six flags for him. This review is for fright fest in New Jersey. The organization was a disaster. This is a big event that attracts thousands of people and should be better managed. First of all I spent $82 on a ticket that did not include the haunted mazes because the ticket lady didn't tell me or even bother to ask if I wanted to add it on. Mind you, I went with season pass holders who had bring a friend for $30 passes and she also refused to honor that. Once I got to a maze I was turned away and told I had to buy a maze wrist band for an extra $35. I went to fright fest for the mazes so I paid the additional $35. Here's where my problem begins. We got there early to get to the mazes when they opened but ofcourse this running around set our plans back. We did the first maze with a reasonable wait time then moved on to the next. The second maze we waited for over an hour to get in. Then we went to the third maze where we were told it would be a 3 hour wait. We didn't stay because that is insane and tried a different maze. Here we were told the wait was an hour so we got in line. An hour later an employee walked by and told us the wait would be another hour. We were already there so we stayed. Another hour passed and we had barely moved up. We ended up waiting 3 hours to get in Total Darkness maze. By then it was passed 11 and the lines for everything were ridiculously long with wait times of 2 hours and we knew we wouldnt get in anywhere else before they closed so we left. Basically I paid over $100 for 3 mazes. An outright robbery. Not just me, so many people had the same complaint. Its ridiculous. Six Flags should be ashamed and refund customers half of what we paid. read more
