I booked my cousin and I with Bella back in March for us to both get butterflies honoring our late grandma. My cousin doesn't live here so she had bought a plane ticket just for this appointment. We booked in March for May 6th. May 1st my cousin informed me that Bella was asking if we can come in sooner on the 6th. I had previously explained I'm not off of work until afternoon hence us booking an afternoon apt. Bella told my cousin that she couldn't do the 6th since we couldn't come sooner. My cousin was stressed because she's planned a whole trip around this apt that we booked plenty of time in advance. Bella did not inform me about this so I had to message her asking if we still had an appointment or not. I did not hear back so after 24 hours I had to send another message asking again. She said she couldn't do our time anymore and asked if we could do Sunday which luckily we could since my cousin was still in town. That Sunday she informed me she was running behind so we had to push it back again. Everything went very well at our appointment. I shared her work and thought it was beautiful. 7 days later when the peeling began I realized most of my lines were extremely faded if not missing. I asked for a touch up apt and she said to message her in 2 weeks. I'm a hairstylist and book up fast so I asked if I could just book now for the future. I did not hear back until 2 days later informing me she doesn't have anytime to touch up my dime sized butterflies until the end of June. I understand busy schedules by all means but if I left someone unfinished I would get them in way sooner. I asked to get put on a cancellation list and offered to pay her to come in on a Sunday for me (touch ups are free & she mentioned sometimes she does Sundays). I was willing to pay for my free touch up. That message was completely ignored by her assistant just telling me there's no cancellation list. I then asked again if I could pay her for a Sunday and have since been ignored. As someone who deals with clients I am truly shocked by this situation. I did ask the owner Morgan for advice & if maybe someone else could touch me up and she was so kind to get back to me immediately saying she was also busy as were others. The studio itself is beautiful and very welcoming. But after dealing with this I'm very fortunate that my original tattoo artist is fitting me into his busy schedule (he's an owner) to fix my tattoo and got back to me immediately. Unfortunately now I will have to pay for this to be fixed since it seems to me Bella does not want to deal or communicate with me. Truly a bummer since I loved the vibe of an all girl studio. read more

I have came to szilvia for my last 3 tattoos and I am obsessed with all of them. Her work is absolutely incredible and detailed. I finally got the tattoo I've been wanting on my foot/ankle and I'm so glad I chose her as my artist. Absolutely amazing work! I was referred to Morgan via a friend. I had a complicated coverup on my wrist with dark, thick lines, that I had gotten young and had been trying to find an artist to help me turn it into something that reflected my style better now. She took her time in working with me to realistically cover up as well as expand on the original piece while making it my own. It was so much more work than I initially anticipated and ended up sitting for 2 sessions vs just the 1 I booked- but she assured me she wouldn't stop until it was finished. And boy am I glad I was patient and found her to do it b/c it turned out better than I could have even anticipated! Her floral & fine line work is unparalleled to anything I have ever had done. I love love the piece and the whole experience was fantastic. Only regret is that I wish I had found her earlier for my other pieces. I was debating whether or not I should make a review but I think this incident needs to be documented. I had schedule my appointment with the tattoo artist "Mars" on December 1st ,2022 for the date January 20th, 2023 @12. "Mars" picked this time and date and it worked for me. At the time of the appointment I didn't have a car so I had to Uber there from my apartment which was roughly a 15 minute ride. I was in the Uber at 11:50 am and received a text from "Mars" that stated she would be a bit late. I responded and said that is fine thanks for letting me know. She then said she would be there at 12:30. I arrived to the shop on time for my appointment and that was when the long wait began. Another woman with blonde hair (not for sure her name) approached me a few minutes after I arrived and asked me if I knew "Mars" was going to be a bit late. I said yes and she advised me to go get something to eat or go to one of the shops around town. I politely declined because as I mentioned previous I am not from the area nor did I want to receive any type of late fee for leaving if that was a possibility I am not the type to risk it. Then 12:30 came along and still no sign of "Mars." At 12:37 I texted "Mars" in response to her last message and said alrighty. The blonde woman who checked on my earlier came back and asked what time "Mars" was supposed to come and I told her 12:30 and the woman said "Hmm and she's still not here yet..." then insisted that once again go get something to eat or walk around. I politely decline again and continued to wait. "Mars" replied at 1:01 and said she was two minutes away. She did not arrive for another 5-10 minutes. When "Mars" got there she quickly apologized and asked what it was I wanted to get tattoo again. I had to remind her even thought I had previously filled out her form stating what I wanted over a month ago. "Mars" said she was going to have to draw it up and I gave her free design on her style of the butterfly I wanted. Another 45 minutes goes by and "Mars" comes back and asked me if I liked "eyeballs." I politely told her I did not. "Mars" left, and came back another 20 minutes later. She showed me her device she was drawing the sketch on and stated this was the eyeball I was talking about. And to my surprise it was the Illuminati eye. Once again I told her I am pretty open with the design and I loved everything else expect for the eyeball. "Mars" said she would add a flower there instead and took another 20 minutes. "Mars" comes back with a beautiful design without the Illuminati eye and said she still had to the outline. Another 20 or so minutes goes by and she came out with the stencil and just handed it to me and said, "Here see if this fits." I was confused because in my previous experiences with different artist normally they want to see how it lines up too and maybe even do it themselves so it was a bit off to me. I put it on my arm and it was a bit too long and she said she would make it smaller. Before she left again (I had been waiting for a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes at this point) I asked her if it would still be the same price and she looked offended and said yes! I said ok sounds good. At that point her work no longer seemed worth $500 to me anymore. So I walked out and did not return. And say that because of how long I waited, her lack of professionalism, and the persuasion of the Illuminati eye after I told her that was something I did not want Incorporated into my design. Also, it does not make sense to me that it's a $50 fee (as stated on her emails) if a client is late but if the artist is 2 hours and 45 minutes late it's nothing but my time wasted. And even though I wanted a smaller tattoo size, which means less ink it's t still the same price. I realized "Mars" was running late but I would've appreciated an hour late notice and not just being lied to about the times. I have artist late before but never to this extent and with some type of compromise. Hopefully "Mars" won't add me to some Illuminati ritual for this and treats first time clients better. :) read more
