Horrible, non-existent customer service. After having a vehicle reserved in Munich, we went to the address on our reservation. They had moved without notifying is. We were in a foreign country and it took a long time to find them. An email or text to our contact information (which they had) would have been helpful.
We watched flim-flam artists push customers with reservations into other upgraded vehicles that were NOT upgrades. Every single car rental customer had some sort of an issue.
When we returned the vehicle at the airport in Bremen Germany, they had no signs for returns, unlike Avis, Hertz and all the other companies.
We had paid for an entire week, and returned the car to the parking lot "drop off location" two days early. Within 30 minutes we learned our flights were cancelled. We went to Sixt a few steps from departures and spoke with the representative. We could not get the car back. There was no sympathy or concern or caring. We walked a few steps to Eurocar and drove off in another rental in 15 minutes.
Beware of Sixt leasing. They are anything but customer friendly! read more
