Very upset with Sixt car rental. In February, we received a car that was already heavily damaged on the passenger side rims, tire, and bumper. When we got the car, they half-assed the inspection and told us not to worry about the damage already there. When we returned the car they said we made additional damage to the passenger side tire. I was extremely careful in my driving. They were blaming the previous damage on me. If I had known they employ these tactics then I would taken a detailed picture of the previous damage. They wouldn't let me leave and forced me to sign a form that said I made the damage. I relented because I would have missed my flight if I didn't sign. Never will I use this car rental company again. Highly unethical business.
Now 3 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT, they finally send us a bill for 318 euros. They also did not send us before and after pictures for comparison, so its basically their word against mine. Horrible, Horrible company. read more
