They gave me wrong information and keep sending me a bill. I can't get ahold of David. They said they can't give me his email or a direct voicemail for him...?!? Seriously? Basically they are gatekeepers, and don't want me to speak to him because of their error. Do not hire-you will be dealing with Heather/Katrina- who are supposed to be working "under" David. But apparently instead are acting as him -by giving legal advice. I should also note that Most reviews below are written by friends. For example- Rachael Callahan-she's another attorney that also evicts tenants. She's acting like he represented her. FALSE REVIEWS....she also majorly sucks.

I highly recommend the Law Office of David Owens for evictions. I help my mom manage her property…read moreand our tenant did not pay rent for the month of May. The eviction process can be a headache but call the office and let them take care of it for you. Heather, one of the paralegals that works there is great. She's very responsive to emails and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. They have a licensed process server to serve notices. Our tenant didn't pay rent after being served the 3 day notice to pay or quit and he was still in possession of the property so the office filed an Unlawful Detainer. The tenant contested with nonsense defenses that were not true. Trial day comes along and the tenant doesn't show up so my mom won her case and was granted possession of the premises back. Attorney David Owens is very friendly and gets the job done. He's a busy person so his paralegals are good at handling and processing the paperwork. I will use his services again if I ever need to (hope I don't have to).

Last September, I found myself sitting alone at my kitchen table, staring at yet another dead-end…read moreconversation on a dating app, wondering if real love was ever going to happen for me. I'm a successful single mom in my 40s -- I've built a good life, but when it came to relationships, I had a long track record of choosing the wrong people for all the wrong reasons. My hope was fading fast, and every disappointment made me feel like the door to real love was closing just a little more. Then I found Michelle at Incredible Love Matchmaking & Coaching -- and from our very first call, I knew this was going to be different. Michelle has a rare gift: she really sees you. She listens deeply, asks the right questions, and somehow uncovers the truth you didn't even know you were holding back from yourself. Working with her felt like having a wise, compassionate guide and a tough-love friend all in one. She genuinely cares -- you can feel how invested she is in helping you grow and find real happiness. She helped me peel back years of old patterns and blind spots. She guided me to see what I truly want in a partner -- and what was standing in my way of finding it. Her coaching style is structured but always flexible -- whether we were rewriting my dating app profile, decoding awkward conversations, preparing for first dates, or figuring out how to gracefully move on, Michelle was there every step of the way. Most of all, she made dating feel lighter, less like something to survive, and more like something to be curious and hopeful about again. After months of trying online, she gently suggested it might be time to put my phone down and simply live my life more openly in the real world. So I did -- and wouldn't you know it, that's when I met someone. This relationship feels so different from anything I've ever known. It feels healthy, real, and deeply connected. For the first time in my life, I feel like I'm with someone who truly sees my worth -- because, thanks to Michelle, I finally see it too. Every day I spend with this person, I feel a quiet hope I never thought I'd feel again -- that I've found the love I've been searching for most of my adult life. And even more, I feel like I finally know how to nurture and protect that love so it grows with me as I grow old. Michelle's gift, insight, and genuine care have changed my life forever. If you're wondering whether working with her is worth it -- it is. It might just be the best gift you ever give yourself.

I'm Paying for all their salaries!! It's not because they are cutting edge storytellers pushing the envelope. What they offer is adequate production with middling quality. But don't take my word for it. Watch one of their shows. The openings are stock footage shot with a drone by another company. After the openings, you see basic video shot on old school cameras on tripods or hand held. The studio is tiny. No moving dolly shots or cranes in their tiny studio. Lifestyle San Diego show is hilarious. Restaurants pay a hefty sum To be featured. filmed by a second rate crew and b list hosts. Actual footage is adequate at beat. They seem successful and big time! We'll go look at their website. Dig deeper there to fine the truth. The video clips on the header of their webpage with people Pretending to be clients are all their employees!! They have a shit ton of editors on their about page but less than a handful of videographers. Why would you need so many editors? So what are they all editing? The owner Craig Sewing is a smooth as silk operator. He touts himself as a radio and television personality but all his placements are paid LOL. What that means is that he pays for time anytime you see him on tv or hear him on his paid for airtime. Like those late night infomercials you use to see on tv. Reminds me of Trudeau or Don Lapre. Not sure who their audiences are but they must have someone hiring them and or paying their bills. Their overhead is astronomical and this will Be what you are paying for. Not for a cutting edge visionary storyteller. But for cut rate, public access television quality production as you can see on their lifestyles and America dream videos. Thumbs down can't recommend

I was told that I could cancel anytime if I was not satisfied and when I tried to, they still billed me. Rather than refunding me in full, they kept the last $850 and asked for a second chance to film. They don't care about quality of the film either or it's content. You have to find the local business owners and contact them. It required a lot more work from a Realtor's end than they pitched.
