A man by the name of Troy who owns Southern Stainworks and Remodeling (678-246-8426) answered my ad and we made an appointment. We agreed he could do it and boy am I happy with the results! He did everything he said he would when he said he would. He had to basically rebuild the wall after he tore out all the bad and rotting materials. He not only did the repair, but he also took the care and time to place the alternate air conditioner and got it all squared away, working like a champ and I couldn't have been more pleased! We also wanted two smaller shelves place above our bookcases that flank our fireplace. We had looked for months at floating shelves online, and for the size that we wanted, we could not find any that would be the dimensions we needed (especially the kitchen wall).
