Within the first minute, I was little apprehensive about shopping due to wanting to get clothing that wasn't too expensive, but I was approached by one of the store staff, Casey to be specific, who was absolutely amazing!!! Truly, Casey was a gentleman and made me feel comfortable with the tailoring process. On top of that, he was able to locate clothing within my price range which looked fantastic, and was with me every step of the way to make my experience top-notch! During the winter it is always plowed so the snow and ice are not a deterrent. Sometimes lately brick and mortar stores look a little bare. They never seem to be fully stocked. This Kohl's location has every department full of great looking items. Everything is displayed nicely and is organized beautifully. This makes it so much easier to shop. Sephora has a large footprint toward the front of the store. It's big & bright and draws you in. I wanted to buy everything. I ended up getting some really nice candles on sale. They look and smell terrific. And being on sale made it even better. At check out, the young girl who assisted me was INCREDIBLE!! She was friendly and personable. She chatted and told me she wanted to make my day brighter! Thank you Kohl's management for hiring this wonderful girl. So many times customer service takes a hit but she made my experience even better than it already was.

Not a large selection of separates, prices seem to be cheaper online than in the outlet. I wanted some undershirts and same size, same style was in two different packages. One was marked down and one wasn't. I asked why and both employees looked back and forth at the two items and said: We dont know. We ended up leaving empty handed. Since the store was empty of customers, I am sure many stopped coming here as well. Really sad.

When i returned the shoes, Chiappetta claimed I left them in a hot car and that's why they shrunk. I advised Chiappetta they weren't left in a hot car. After sending my reply, plus 3 follow up emails over 3 weeks and not receiving a return reply, I called them. There was no helpfulness or acknowledgement of the issue and they suggested i contact the shoe manufacturer. I rarely have any issues with orders. To be met with no assistance, and no willingness to acknowledge the issue other than there obtuse insistence the shoes were left in a hot car is NOT acceptable. If you have an issue with an order, don't expect support or resolution from this company.
