Matt came out on-site within a couple days of my initial request and showed us flooring samples in our home! It was super helpful to get his in-person take on the job and I really appreciated the opportunity to see samples in the natural light of our home. We had an estimate within a couple days and scheduled an installation date shortly thereafter. The installation itself went very smoothly and was completed within 2 days. It was immaculately done. Our new floors look incredible! We are so excited about the improved look, durability and overall better functionality. They ask for appliance numbers, saying they are precise, but still get measurements wrong. We tried to correct the glaring mistakes but that isn't our job! There should not have been mistakes to begin with, but every single thing they did was wrong! They don't stand behind their work!! They hide behind an unfair totally biased contract so they can stick the buyer with all their incompetence!! They admittedly take on too many jobs and leave you with a disaster! She is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever worked with. I consider myself fair and reasonable, but I also have high standards. I am very particular when it comes to staging because it represents a significant investment for my sellers, and the presentation has to achieve a specific result. Not once in all these years has Jen or her team shown frustration or impatience with my requests. In fact, they usually get it right on their own.
