David Bellm, owner of the business, is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice to work with. From the initial contact he took charge and worked with our insurance company to get the repairs started immediately. He explained the estimate, the repair process, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was able to get our vehicle in the shop immediately, and accomplished the repairs promptly. My husband is very particular about his truck, and had serious doubts that it would ever be the same. When we picked it up he was extremely pleased and very satisfied with the repairs -- and remarked that the paint job by Mr. Bellm's crew was even better than that from the Honda factory. From the office to the shop buildings, the facility is very clean and neat -- a great indicator of the work performed. The Honda was not only repaired like new, but it was absolutely clean as well. They are very rude. He told me I had dings in my door that I don't have. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
