He truly went above and beyond for me from beginning to end. He spent three days helping me figure out exactly what I wanted, and not once did he make me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was taking up too much of his time. Financing wasn't the issue--I simply had no idea what I wanted! I looked at different vehicles, changed my mind, and asked plenty of questions, and Wade was patient with me through all of it. What really says a lot about Wade is that he even spent his entire day off talking with me and helping me figure out what vehicle I wanted. He certainly didn't have to do that. That was his personal time, but he was still there answering my questions, going over different vehicles with me, and helping me make the right decision. I honestly don't know many salespeople who would go that far for a customer. And Wade had his work cut out for him because, at 59 years old, this is the very first Chevy I have ever purchased! I absolutely LOVE my new 2027 Chevy Equinox RS! Mine is black with the red RS accents, and it is absolutely gorgeous. It rides so smoothly and has so many features that I'll probably still be figuring some of them out a year from now! I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice. When I went to pick it up, Wade had it completely detailed and ready for me. Of course, it was brand new, so I'm sure it didn't need much, but that extra attention meant a lot. It was spotless, beautiful, and ready for me to drive home. What impressed me most about Wade was that I never felt like I was dealing with someone who was simply trying to sell me a car. He took the time to listen to what I wanted--even when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted myself! He answered my questions, gave me the time I needed, and helped me find the best vehicle for me and my budget without ever pressuring me to make a decision. Had advised that worrying about the cosmetic damage but had unrelated stuff on truck I was going to use money on. 1. Was the gas gauge not working properly likely due to float on fuel pump it seemed. They said they had mechanic in back that could do it. So made appt. They called day later and said done. Picked up and the gas gauge now pegged on full. I asked why they didn't make sure it was working properly before putting bed back on and advising me it wa good to go.They denied any wrong doing and that they had done what was asked and "put it in"....the emphasis that having to make sure it was working was not their responsibility. After a bit of urging they stated they (Kyle) would ask their tech the next morning. I left the truck. Next day they called and denied that it was not their problem. I stated obviously was and they needed to correct. They stated only if pay again to have the bed taken off and pay for diagnosis...they emphasized it would be a very expensive diagnosis. I immediately drove over. Asked for manager and and advised him I needed a full refund. He laughed and stated not happening. I then asked for the corporate number. He said he would not give it, I could look it up (I had already tried finding online). I stated again I either refund or give me the number. He again stated again no and I did not leave he would call the police. I said give me the phone number and no problem. He turned and went to the phone and called the police. The guy came walking back from the outside about same time with the old pump so I stepped outside and he politely advised it still smelled of gas and he could put in back of truck for me. I didn't believe I should then leave the scene so I waited outside for police to arrive. That all just was determined a civil matter I moved the truck off the property next door that gave me permission to leave until I could bring back another driver. Next day I went to fill up the truck and gas came rolling off the top of the gas tank from area of the pump. HORRIBLE!!!!!
