Within 24 hours of making contact, these two were willing to get together for a meeting to discuss our vision for the video. Being that I am not very creative, I was lucky that Evolv was willing to guide me through the best structure and content options for a video like this. We shot the video the next business day after that meeting. Paul and Kaden made the filming easy and I credit their professionalism for the video's success. They were patient, dedicated to quality, and made the process comfortable. 24 hours after filming, the videos were cut and sent to me for any comments/edits/suggestions. Their team responded within 2 hours of every request. I was able to get the videos up and running on social media the next day. I would have never guessed that that caliber of video could be created using just an hour of filming. While the speed of this production was absolutely-incredible, I'd assume it would be very difficult to scale, but I mention it because it demonstrates the passion that Ben and his team have for providing world-class service to their clients. The videos were a huge positive for our campaign. It absolutely blew me away. They perfectly captured our vision and priorities. The engagement with my page, the average duration of the video(s) watched, the unique user reactions to the video, and both its paid and organic reach were something that I would have never thought possible for a video of my dorky self. We were able to succeed in the election, and I'm confident that Evolv's videos were a substantial factor in our victory. Then no apology for the hassle but instead he send us random money orders in the amounts of $1-$200, over the course of around a year. These money orders indicate to me that this is not a real business, more of a hobby. Many times we needed to remind him to pay us back and in the end we were shorted about $300 due to what he claims is hosting fees. Well that was not in the contract as we already paid for everything to the tune of 10k. We should have cancelled when we noticed one of the 1st red flags, instead of our payments for supposedly high tech seo going to his seo company they started going to his frikin BBQ company! Talk about unprofessional. We paid around 2k for his "blueprint" which supposedly maps out everything it takes to rank a certain keyword. Well that was all fine and dandy until it came time to implement, then all of a sudden the times quoted for the work were incorrect and then he was the only one that could choose the keywords that we went after. What a crock. When the blue print was made it was never mentioned that he had full control over it. Now let's talk about his office, the coffee shop. Good luck on having a peaceful conversation with all that background noise. He will ask you to make all the content for the website he is making for you. Well, if your behind on making that content it will make it easier for himself to be behind schedule, which then makes it easier to milk more money out of you. If you have money to burn and like to take chances, go here, otherwise these types of services can be found for way less money and frustration.

The day of the walk through I waited for an hour and they never showed up. I called and texted multiple times, finally someone picked up said they were sick and not coming. I chose to find a different company as I felt like Bravo failed the job interview. I will never fault someone for being sick, but if you have to cancel your schedule call your customers or text. If they had just given me the heads up I would have happily rescheduled, but they didn't have the common curtesy so I couldn't use them.
