Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not make up for it. There was still visible dust and dirt on top of the backsplash, counters, and around the toilet when they left. We're not even convinced the bathroom floor was mopped. We also had to go back and vacuum our bedroom ourselves, including underneath the bed, because it had not been done. Even under the TV console wasn't fully vacuumed. I asked about the visible dust and whether this was truly considered a deep clean. The only room we asked them not to clean was the nursery, and we even told them it was completely fine to vacuum while our baby was sleeping.
