Her condescending lecture was not only embarrassing to the young man, but made me extremely uncomfortable. After several minutes I approached her and asked if she thought the conversation was better suited for the two of them privately. She responded very rudely, saying everything she said was true. I don't care if it is, that's not the point. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not return!

The owner, Joe, runs this place and wow, he make you feel like a local customer, but an old friend. I came to get my skis tuned up before ski season. He was able to take care of my skis and my kids skis in addition to checking the bindings as well for free. The turnaround was fast. He got these tuned up next day. Prices for the tuneup were very reasonable. Lots of gear available here. If I need to get new skis for my kid as he gets bigger, I will definitely get them here.
