I was trying to find some help and ask for a manager and no one came to talk to me, I was later informed by an employee there wasnt any manager in the skating rink at all, all week. yet again, all but two ish employees were actually doing their job, and anyone else you tried to get help from either had an attitude or flat out would not help. take your business elsewhere folks, there are way better skating rinks in the area, and don't even get me started on their failing summer camp for kids where they literally ignore them and the managers clearly do not help at all, only thing they do is yell at the employees. I have a friend who's kid is there and overhears all the crap that the managers clearly continue to put out. not only do the managers treat their employees like total garbage here too, they don't even have enough hours for employees so the kids can be monitored properly. be aware if you bring your child to this summer camp at spin city, they will most likely be neglected and not cared for properly. I'm genuinely surprised this place is still up and running. pitiful.

We rented our skates and then found a bench to sit to put the skates on. I was so amazed at how quickly I remembered how to skate! The location is so pretty with the Arch behind you so the photos are amazing! The day we went was so sunny so we had a great time skating around and enjoying the sunshine. They have a few staff members on the ice to make sure people are staying safe. They also provide something for the kiddos to hold onto if they need help with balancing. I believe we skated for a little over an hour and I had the most fun! When your time is up, they make an announcement and then you bring your skates to the return station and you are on your way.
