I played division one hockey in college and i can honestly say this rink is the nastiness I have ever been in! I would never let my children skate here, especially my daughter. It is truly an unhealthy environment on multiple levels. Drive to Wesley Chapel, it well worth the hour drive to avoid this dump.

I believe Christine was helping me and she helped assess some used skates I got from play it again. After changing wheels/ bearings and adjusting trucks a bunch of times I realized the skates I got were duds. I finally decided to cop a fresh pair of quads here. She helped navigate the selection and we found these beauties with the perfect fit/style! After that I never left the rink again. I am looking forward to breaking these babies in! They were on sale for $200 so I think it's a good deal especially with the use I will be getting out of them. Side note United skates is a really fun rink been checking out all the locals

YOU are not allowed to hang out in lobby; they are very on top of who comes in and out. Including adults ...! Food is not too pricey, and for the parents their music playlist is pretty dope. music and lights are really great, clean restrooms. a little area for the beginners, but it's an overall really nice for the family. Calanders are available w/ their monthly events by the snacks, FEBUARY events looks nice and busy for the kids :), prices are awesome! Yet it turns out the entry fee should be $8 and on top of that indicates in my screenshots from the official website that parents aren't even charged when they're spectating. When my wife when to the lady up front to claim all of this , the lady in front didn't cooperate for refund, only stating "umm well they only tell me what to charge and everyone pays here!" Like are you serious? And we demanded to speak to the owner and she didn't want to call the owner , but only handed over 2 complimentary vouchers for next time! It's a matter of principle and we were owed $12 bucks yes not a big deal but it's all about ethics! Like why don't you guys go on and skate your way out of here cuz the only track they got is robbing people. Truly awful and looks like they got more reflecting to do based on their service

As mentioned limited hours for general use and bring cash!! Don't expect much interaction from behind the desk. You won't get a smile.
