If you're looking for standard Crocs in normal colors, you're not going to be saving a ton of money here unless you're planning on buying multiple sizes/colors/styles. it just feels like this location is only hear because they know Crocs are popular and people will just go 'oh, this is an outlet store. Must be good prices.' But if you just sit & think about how much you're saving you will see it's really not a ton. Especially if you have kids coming in & you're adding charms to your purchases. Instead she listened to our story of having four kiddos, assisted me with colors/styles that worked well for me, helped multiple customers seamlessly (even added holes to someone's sandals free of charge) and never once rushed me as we stayed passed her closing time. She is one of the most down to earth business owners we've ever met and she is extremely knowledgeable about the brand. She said as soon as I walked in the store she was going to tell me I couldn't leave without buying a new pair because of how worn they were and that those weren't supporting my lower back. Do they always have something we want? No. But sometimes the do and other times they help us get a sense of what to look out for at the other shops. It's a great place to at least dip your toes in first. Staff is fine. They're often only around when you seek them out. They're not trying to avoid helping, but the store is often bare bones so the staff need to be busy operating the registers and other things vs roaming around looking to help customers. Prices are great though. So if you find something you like, don't hesitate to pick them up. Chances are you either won't find the same thing in the area or, if you do, for the same price.
