This is my go to skechers store. It has a wide variety of merchandise and it's pretty accessible. Their clearance section is fairly good and they consta try have deals so you get the best value for your shoes. Service is a hit and miss though, so you got to go in with an extra dose of patience and love. read more

We have been buying Sketchers sneakers from here for ages. This last visit we were disappointed that they discontinued their "buy one get one half price" promotion. They also changed their Sketchers card for free sneakers. These, along with the fact that prices have increased, made our last visit disappointing. I purchased shoes from their discount rack today. I still like their shoes, especially now that they have arch support for my flat feet! Last visit not everyone was wearing a mask. This time everyone had one. I felt comfortable so far as Covid-19 precautions were concerned. There is ample parking. I prefer shopping here as opposed to a mall. Despite my few disappointments, I plan on returning whenever I am in Miami and need sneakers. read more

The girl that assisted me was very nice but the manager was very rude would not allow me access to the fitting room because he stated he had merchandise there I told him I only needed just a little space to try the pants on abd he said sorry store policy when I told him that was not right he said he did not care. I gotta say, I'm giving this a bad review because this place needs to get their air conditioning fixed. I had this strong feeling of faint coming my way the more time I spent inside. I even walked coming from the hot sun, rushing in thinking there is cool air but there is not and I am extremely upset!!! I've been to this store 2x. First time (3 weeks ago) service was terrible. Second time (today), there was ONE friendly staff member (young woman with curly hair at register) remaining staff members all had a crappy face/no initiative to help. Looks like morale is not very high amongst workers - perhaps a management or ownership issue? I also dislike the layout of their registers as that in its self feels like a barrier between staff and customer. Nothing about this place shouts customer service. I feel everyone should be retrained. As for prices: pretty awesome! They have had their bogo 1/2 off for a while now, which is great, specially for twinkle toes which are usually pretty pricy. Using this sale, I bought shoes for my dd to last her 3 years, will be back then. Hopefully staff will be friendlier and more helpful. read more

VERY LOUD, OBNOXIOUS MUSIC!! The afternoon of 4/20/13 I visited this store to make some purchases, I ended up spending about $150.00. Upon entering the store my ears were ASSAULTED by extremely loud music blaring from a huge speaker by the front door and on top of the checkout counter. I immediately asked a thin young male employee if I had just entered a nightclub or a shoe store and then asked if the volume could be lowered. The volume was lowered, but not to the volume one would expect inside a store that doesn't specialize in selling music; after all, they sell shoes. I am older, I like music at the correct volume. Being faced with such a loud volume while trying to concentrate on my purchases was an almost impossible task. The music chosen by the young people running this store was chosen for their own taste including rap music with total disregard for the preferences of customers other than teens and young adults. Is this a true shoe store or did I walk into a nightclub where shoes happen to be sold? Here's what this type and volume of music does for customers who are not teens and who are not young adults: The customer wants to leave the store ASAP which means the amount of money spent during the shopping trip will be minimized or possibly not spent at all. I was hoping to complete my purchase in 5 minutes or less so I would not have to endure the agony of the music's volume. Instead, I spent almost a half hour inside the store only because I had to make the purchases for a trip I'm taking this coming week. If I did not have this trip coming up, I would have walked out immediately after entering the store. The 2 stars I'm giving this store have nothing to do with the products sold at the store nor with customer service. Actually, the thin young male was quite efficient and helpful. No expectations, no specific aim in mind when I walked in, expected to see the usual Skechers shoes...but walked out with a pair of Bebe sport shoes!! They were about $30 ish...so comfy!!! :) So there you go...Skechers shoes/sneakers/sandals/clothing..and some random Bebe footwear!! It was my first time there...and I think they have alot of adult women sneakers, sandals...and kids' shoes. Probably a good stop for families, everyone has their own corners to scour. :) Will come back every few months to see if stock has moved. Tip-bits: Free popcorn at the door! They have sales on top of their low prices. It's more of an outlet, so don't expect the latest designs. read more

After being a Sketchers wearer since 1997 or 1998, I'm done. These stores are a mess. The associates are so busy cleaning up after the animals that go there, they don't have time to help you or put more than one cashier at a register with 10 people waiting to check out. You should also BE AWARE that the "Buy One Get One 1/2 Off" isn't really true. There are apparently SEVERAL exceptions which they are prompt not to tell you about. If you go there, bring extra patience, extra money and your Spanish to English translator because you'll need it at this one! Many other shoe stores have specials on a regular basis that make Sketchers' prices not a great deal anymore for the mediocre quality. Especially for kids! $49.99 for a kids shoes? Really?? Are they Air Jordans? I don't think so... read more

Bad attitude, Miami style. Despite the Sketchers name on the building, the walls, and the staff T-shirts, they take no responsibility for a new pair of Sketchers falling apart. I was looking for a replacement, not a refund. No receipt, no interest. Just a rude attitude to customers. Big organized store. Lots of variety to chose from. Staff is constantly walking around to assist you anything that you need.

Don't forget to ask for the popcorn before helping yourself! Just came out of this place. The store has one of those small help yourself popcorn machines in there and because u can typically help yourself with these types of machines my sister didn't see the sign and began to help herself. Now that being said, the young man came running over and began yelling, Maam!!! I guess at such a young age he felt like he was better at this than my sister who has a 24 and 23 yr old son and daughter and is in her late 40's! Ok not a big deal however we saw him telling the mgr and all being in their 20's began glaring at us both! No one in the store but us and another couple. Several of them all around the same age. I'm 50 by the way. So after we began leaving I couldn't help but notice that several of them including the mgr (female) were just 1 aisle away from us. So we decided to leave. But as we started passing the popcorn machine I grabbed my sister and pulled her away from that bad old popcorn machine that had given us so much unnecessary attention!
